Anyone with half a brain knows that there was rampant fraud in the mail in voting. There is also some evidence to suggest that the Dominion Voting Systems software was manipulated. However, in order to prove that you need to test the machines. And that will only happen if you have sufficient probable cause to do so. Sounds like the evidence compiled to date isn't meeting that test.
