As many today we don’t prepare most of our meals ourselves because of our lifestyles
Now that many are practicing social or physical distancing, how is that going?
I seem to be eating the same or more, not able to go to the gym but have lost 5 lbs.
I’m guessing that it’s the ingredients and items I’m using instead of restaurant prepared foods as well as eating when it’s “lunch time” instead of eating when hungry
I’m actually eating pasta salads seafood sandwiches.
