I have been a newbie before and it took a lot of efforts and luckily good help from genuine old mongers as a result got many experiences through it, now when I am back to the forum it seems most of the mongering scene is dead or no one shares their experience, for the convenience of newbies I am planning to help you , yes you but in return I want you to start writing a proper review.
