i don't know which genius has given Nancy this idea of by appointments only. They have a note on the door saying they are seeing clients by appointment only. I am pretty sure some walk ins will walk away after seeing that note on the door. No wonder girls complaining they are not busy any more like they used to. Last 2 weeks ago Saturday 2 girls working,, even the popular girl got only 2 customers and the other one zero.

I agree it's not a big deal to pick up the phone but sometimes decisions are made at the spur of the moment (for example, a meeting or golf game that finishes early or something...)

i am often available last minute and calling from the parking lot is about as useful as walking in.

.... well, the genius who gave them the idea of appointments would be City regulation on reopening... all holistics are "supposed" to be taking appointments, part of tracing under the health and safety protocol...
a couple OP came close enough to a workaround.... you only need call from the parking lot, ask if you can come for an appointment in 5 minutes, can they take you... it works... only a small step away from the pre-covid luxury of stumbling in unannounced and getting in...

Had a session with Mimi recently. She had a mask on so cant comment on face but looks to be on the older side. Friendly and has good English. Massage is medium to strong with decent techniques but not strong enough for me. Tease is above average. Finish is nice and slow. Just opted in for standard finish, didn't ask for extras. Takes her time. Saw her with gloves and cleaning product after session which means good indication that rooms are properly sanitized between customers. First time visit and intrigued by Lola? as I passed her in the hallway. Btw I'm not KJ or shill before anyone accuses me, although I am a KJ stalker

I find Lola's massage to be stronger than Mimi's, she's also younger and can speak English quite well. Having said this, both are very good and you can't go wrong with either of them.
