The Official Truth about Utopia

I'm sitting beside Nick of Utopia and he wants to clear the air.

First of all thank you moderators for not letting the other thread degenerate into a flame-war.

The truth is that we were visited by LE on Monday evening because of a complaint lodged with a public official about a "potential" minor working at Utopia.

LE were obliged to follow it up and they did a few weeks of investigative work, resulting in the visit on Monday.

It turns out that one of the girls was indeed a minor, who had presented me with a falsified birth certificate and the story that while working at another spa, someone had lifted her wallet. I took her ID and application (believing she was 19) and let her work here.

None of the girls were charged and neither were any customers. Only I (Nick) got charged. Unfortunately LE confiscated all of our tables, so we have to get new equipment before we can re-open.

LE were very professional at all times and treated everybody with respect.

I hope this clears up any confusion and look forward to seeing everybody back next week.

One word of warning to all owners : CHECK AND DOUBLECHECK YOUR STAFF'S ID'S!!!

Well I look forward to Utopia reopening. I was pretty worried that we would have to look elsewhere for women like Cindy. She is one of if not the best there.

I also hope that all the staff comes back to Utopia.

Wow.. That is a tough break for Utopia. I hope that the get back on their feet and everything works out for the better. I have a pretty good idea on who the minor was... I saw a really young looking girl there a week or two ago... but wasn't sure

I am sorry Oh Henry, but the facts do state that girls were fined and charged at UTOPIA. So therefore lying on the world wide web for Nick who is no longer the owner of UTOPIA is bull. The ladies were ticketed so your information is incorrect. Don't lie to clients to spend, it is morally wrong and an offensive to the hard working WOMEN.
