I meant talk to Lucy after. Not then and there. It's not so much a complaint as it is information . Whether Lucy speaks to her or not is up to her.

It obviously bothered you as you cared enough to write about. If bad behaviour is ignored it will continue.

Of course it did because I booked ahead and drove to the place and as I spoke to Clara itself I was sure of the appointment and did not have a back up plan , I seldom do walk ins

As you said it was for information, otherwise we have too many fish in the sea

We have some good spots in the neighbourhood than to complain

She must have been free then or she wouldn’t be answering the phone. She likely answered the office phone not a cell phone, so she would not be able to see if any phone number displayed.

But she perhaps was not sure if this was a serious call or one of the guys who never shows up. The caller was not a regular.

Her real regular client walked in! She took him.

Is that bad business? She really should at least call the guy back who made the appointment to say come a bit later.

But if no # was left, then she can’t.

It is also possible that she saw him & didn’t like him. This happens too. In that case, definitely you should never book her again.
