swedish massage or chiropractor?

my back is all tied up after sliding my car into a ditch this past week......I suppose it would have been a fun little ride had it not cost $200.00 to pull said vehicle out and I totally forgot to yell yahoooooooooo ! while crashing.

so which is better ?

Oh Swedish massage of course old boy, I'll lend you the twins for the weekend. Remember to use plenty of baby oil on them (splendid) And do try not to be to beastly towards them, after they returned from Scoundrel's estate last month they were quite traumatised. Tip top.

I will have you know that on the weekends my name is Kaja Tuckahoe (its my swedish hooker name) I do some interesting things with some swedish fish..and you will defiantly yell yahooooooooo..but anywho....I can give a great massage. I can work all the kinks out for you. Then a few weeks afterward go get your body aligned with a chiropractor.

My best friend is a chiropractor. And while I don't buy into the whole 'maintenance program', there are special occasions where I do have him straighten me out. I would consider sliding my car into a ditch one of those special occasion.

Two or three adjustments, then the Swedish twin massage from two snow bunnies, followed by *ahem*... and drinks by a warm fire and you should be better than new.

Until then, try cold packs to feel better (not heat - heat will cause swelling and make it feel worse). 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off a few times a day.

I can refer you to my Swedish chiropractor, Dr. Helga Gudentiet ( pronounced ' good-n-tite ' ) do not let the older generation name fool you..she is 24, well trained in the art of muscle contortion.
You'll be sliding off the road every weekend ( unless you have a very high deductible)

Oh poor Mr Story....I think you start with massage just for the all over good feeling. Then off to some physical therapy.....then a massage..you know ...to feel good all over. Then go see the chiropractor....then off to get that massage for the "feel good".

Wrap it all up with a nice massage....mmmmm they feel sooo good.
