Does anyone have intel on this place? Saw an add pop up in Kijiji last week but haven’t been able to find it since.

This place reopened a few months back and there was a thread on here about it. I went a couple months ago and I'd say it's definitely a full service place, but they also happen to offer massage and HE options. When I went I asked about their pricing and was quoted the usual 240/hour AMP rates. I wasn't interested in FS so went with a massage and BJ finish, I don't remember the exact rate but it was reasonable. My session got interrupted like 3 times and one time another lady opened the door and came into the room during the finish because a client was waiting for the girl I was with. Definitely a boner killer and I never went back again.

Looks like a busy place. It is a FS R&T and can also be called AMP too. It's not semi legit.

Went in once, because they advertised on Kijiji for a bit and it is within walking distance of my new home. Met at the door, by a cute Korean women with glasses, in a black negligee, probably late 20's, early 30's. That was my cue it was full service. And my cue to say:
"sorry, just curious...I thought this might be a RMT clinic. " Almost ran away, before Maestro Junior got too hard, & talked me into staying.

Don't use Leolist, so I didn't know any better. But, when I went to Leolist....whoomp there it is...a bombardment of ads, some of which advertising a $100 morning special....presumably for 1/2 hour...and likewise $200/hour.

Was driving down 127 Steet this past week on my way to St. Albert and decided to stop in. It was early afternoon and the parking lot was empty. I hadn't been to this place in over 5 years. Wow! Where does the time fly. Remembering the XXX Video store that was there for years. Made my way in thru the buildings back door. First thing I noticed is that the place looked exactly the same inside from 5 years ago. Definately needs a refresh.
Entered the studio doors and was met by an Asian lady between 30 -40? She introduced me to a 30ish slim caucasian lady in the foyer. Taller, dark hair. The asian lady kept insisting I should see her but she kinda had a hard look to her. Didn't seem overly friendly. I wasn't interested! Wasn't offered any other ladies. The asian lady must co-ordinate the appointments? She didn't offer herself as available. FS place for sure! Sorry, I didn't ask any names and the place didn't appeal to me.....unless on a walk in, and there was a knockout working there. Get the feeling they are rotating the ladies through there. The fake pictures they advertise with, are actually hurting their cause.
