It was my first visit here, manager gave directions and treated very professionally, the usual recommendations were busy, so manager suggested a new bird (joined 4 days ago). I will summarize my experience first of the spa then with the girl:

Place/ Ambience: Very clean and good place, has an authentic Thai feel to it. No beds only ground mattresses (big mattresses), just the way they are in most Thailand SPAs. Unfortunately lights went out few mins after I entered the room and they were out till the end of my session, our session continued on mobile torch.

Girl (massage and damages): To my surprise she was also from Thailand, I had my doubts but she was very detailed about Phuket (I could verify that as I went there recently). She had a beautiful and very fair face and slender body. Started with back massage and leg massage from back side, it was thorough and good, but when I turned over she rushed in a bit and asked about service, I was just in for b2b and I asked for CBJ as well, she quoted 3k, I tried to bring her down to 2.5 as advised by WhoamI but she did not budge, I had to be somewhere else after that so I agreed for 3k (any other day I wouldn't have), she also mentioned FS is 4k, and no girl would do it less than that, but she was new, I decided not to debate as it would have spoiled the mood and I wasn't in for FS anyways. She asked for the money upfront which was ok but felt slightly unpleasant.

Service: I could tell she wasn't that much into service, didn't do DFK, just light peck on the lips, I tried to do it my way but she had a mind of her own and was rushing a bit, tried to turn me on by kissing my back earplay etc, few of those things turned me on, tits were ok, but I had to ask for giving them in my mouth, whereas she played with my nips generously, biting and all that. Visited this place without any appointment. Reached around 5:25 pm. Was asked to wait as the spa was busy. Receptionist asked me whether i have been there before, to which i said No - as it was indeed my first time there. Then she asked me if someone recommended me this spa, to which i said Yes and then she asked me the name of the person who referred me, and i bluffed a name. Not sure if she was satisfied with the name. Then she asked me to wait for 10-15 mins. I agreed and waited in the reception. I then asked her whether i can see the lineup and she said that they have both local and NE staff. I still insisted for a lineup, but she said that they never show the lineup. She then asked me to pay. I asked her how much and she quoted 2000/- for swedish and 2400/- for deep tissue. I told her my friend had paid 1200/- and she said that’s impossible. She then asked me for my friend’s number and since i was bluffing, i said I don’t have it. She said you don’t have your friend’s number, to which i had to reply that he is my online friend and I don’t have his number, but if needed i can get her the number next time. So basically i shelled out 2000 from my wallet and started to wait again. After waiting for 25 mins finally my number arrived. I was asked to get into a room and within few mins a lady by the name Neha entered. She gave me dispo and left again. I quickly changed into the dispo and waited for her. She came back in 2 mins and asked me to lie on my stomach. She did quite a good massage and it lasted for 30-40 mins then she asked me whether i wanted any service I asked for the rates and she quoted 2000 for HJ with roaming and 3000 for B2B with HJ and roaming. I tried to negotiate for the b2b option for 2 and 2.5k but she did not budge to went with the 3000.

Total expense:
Counter - 2000
Service - 3000
WIR - probably (but need some seniors reference) so I don’t end up paying more and raise the rates

Overall satisfied.

Since i did see a couple of folks come out of the spa. I am sure a few of them would be on this forum. Can some humble senior please help out a friend in need with some good contacts and guidelines on how to negotiate and what price is acceptable to be paid. Because I have heard that urb@n is a pocket friendly option. But i ended up paying high premium.

Yes, I have. Thai therapists are back now following the initial raid that had happened at the LP spa. I'm not sure who all are working there now but before I have tried @!ina, therapist K, @nn!e and D!@n@. All were excellent. They do charge a lot though.

Called the spa and book the appointment, reached the location on time. Manager shows the option and based on recomendation selected @.u for massage.

She gives very mind-blowing massage and service and 100% co operate not doing hurry as well.. perfect choice.
