i think this article could have been a catalyst to the raids. Adelphi's becoming too high profile in SB in recent mths. it's juz like an inflated balloon which is goin to burst any time. but i guess if the shops have the necessary skills certs n work permits for d gals, the authorities also cant do anything, as long as d gals r not caught in d act with the customers.

Yes, confirmed there is a raid yesterday. My regular girl told me they were raided and she was sad that most of the girls there finished the special and of course didn't dare to collect the money. went past shops there the other day after the 'confessionals' in the media and noticed:
- some shops closed
- morale of gals v v bad, looked low
