Well, I'm not arguing terminating an employee with or without cause as that isn't the topic of discussion nor does it concern me. How you operate your business is up to you. Customer satisfaction is not a variable in my profession and they come back regardless if they're happy or not.

I can afford the door fee and attendent renumeration. I will say that a good friend gave me a muse mixer for Christmas which I plan on using soon. Who needs freebies when I get gifts from friends

I went to muse my first time on the day of the open house. I did not have an appointment and waited around an hour + to get a room. I realized that this was a possibility and dealt with the situation accordingly. Though noticeably stressed I found Rayne pleasant and accommodating.

To the OP, I am not sure if you have ever worked in the service industry but everyone has their off days. I can think of a million places I'd rather be then in a small room with 25 men complaining about white people problems and their erections. Time to kill this thread as it's going nowhere. Why not share stories of your positive sessions.

I still do not understand why a number of you fellows like HOF are ATTACKING The Mechanic. I can easily take all those massageplanet.net rules you posted and inundate you with you violating almost every single one.

People please stop attacking theMechanic. This whole thread would be dead if HOF and the other people did not attack and refute his claim.

TheMechanic made very valid points that have been addressed. The issue now is HOF and his crew are being enforcers and trying to clean up Muse's image. We all know very well HOF gets either discounts or complimentary service. I am surprised you are still attacking members after what happened in the past!

When did I say I was attempting say or imply that I was trying to get free door fees?

I am neither short, fat or bald and even if I was any or all three I would not get a bent out of shape over someones's opinion as you do. Since you are in the market of making assumptions, I can only assume that you are fishing for board members to come on here and say oh poor Mechanic.. what an injustice that had happened to him and anyone who disagrees with his opinion should have their finger nails pulled out and nailed to the stakes.

I stand correct....you love the drama! You made a statement about how the customer service you received was not to your satisfaction. I don't have an issue with that as you are entitled to an opinion like anyone else on the board. But I do wonder what your agenda is when Riley posted almost immediately to say she would speak with Rayne and yet that is still not to your satisfaction. Are you fishing for something free?

I was there that night and I recalled a person coming in a bit early/on time and their MPA wasn't available. This person told Rayne that they were going out for a smoke and would be back in a bit. When that person came back they lost their spot. Was it you? I'm not sure, nor do I care. What I do know is that it was extremely busy that night and Rayne seemed a bit flustered with the traffic flow and tried to handle it to the best of her abilities. Was it what I am use to in the business world? No. But then again, the hobby world and business world are two different places. If you were so concerned about ensuring things ran smoothly, why didn't you give a contact number for Rayne to call you when the spot was free? She had a clipboard in one hand and the cordless phone in the other all night. I do recall her calling out names several times before giving that spot to another person. You snooze, you lose!

Riley had tried to explain the situation to YOU and even said that she would speak with Rayne with on the matter, but you had to reply back on this thread by telling her how she should run her business. It's a good thing for you Riley and Emily are sweethearts and their goal to to ensure customer satisfaction. You sound like a very bitter man with a bad case of blue balls.

Seriously, give your rants a rest. You could have sent Emily or Riley a PM to discuss offline, but you have to be the drama queen and air out your dirty laundry for all to see.

BTW, Thanks Emily & Riley. I was there without an appointment and I didn't get to see a lady that night, but I still had a blast chatting with the ladies there including Rayne ( Though see was a bit bossy that night) .

I also find it extremely comical how you want me to stop posting on this topic, yet in my earlier reply I made it clear that it's not my concern, nor do I care if Rayne gets fired since it's not my business. The fact that in your following post after I said that you continue to engage me and slander me is pretty hypocritical. This situation was handled poorly. I'm sure emily got into the bottom of this (what a sexy way to put it). And i'm sure management will learn from this for their next open house. This was a simple matter pointed out by the OP. I don't understand why there is a need to defend someone in matters like these? Muse is great but not perfect.

You're taking my earlier question a bit out of context. It was related to an earlier event, before the expansion.

I can say personally it was always made clear to me that while walk-ins were possible on these promotional days, appointments were highly recommended, especially in the evening. And personally, waiting wasn't a bother because it gave me an opportunity to meet and mingle with some of the girls.

Is there really a need to be obnoxious like Mechanic has been. Why not just say the receptionish Rayne wasn't professional and I've (mechanic) informed Muse owners. Mechanic is annoyed that he didn't get a free door fee. If he had stayed, he could have chosen another lady or waited for the lady he chose initially.

I had a similar problem when I went to the muse anniversary party I arrived there really having no idea it would be that crazy. Anyway I go to the door and Rayne answers and say do you have a appointment I say no she tells me can you come back in a half a hour I say no problem the time passes I come back meet her at the door again and she tells me to wait a half a hour again I'm a little bummed out but I decide to wait again. While I was ,waiting I decided to try booking a later appointment I call a girl tells me just show up and try seeing if they can fit you in. So I wait the half a hour and Rayne tells me to wait another half an hour. By this time I'm pissed I decided to email muse and tell them what happend not only did the get right back to me they gave me a free half hour door fee. I understand being mad at muse for what happend but I think you should of realized that venting on here would lead to nothing but trouble Hope it works out and you get what you want

I was there that night at that time and had no commitment from Rayne for any session because she couldn't guarantee one. Notwithstanding my hopeful desire, she was diplomatic. However, in the end, she still managed for me to see Bella (patience or persistence pays off). It really didn't matter whether I got a massage as I was primarily there to be at Muse's Open House as a meet & greet, and more importantly, to at least say hello and hug Emily & Riley. But I did see Rayne under pressure, and thought that she handled everything quite well. At one point, the security alarm went off accidentally, and Rayne handled the alarm company call by telling them she would call back privately without revealing her I.D. code to us bystanders in the lounge. Very professional and responsible I thought. I never noticed any frustrated customers. Yes, there were people waiting, but they also had a lot of walk-ins too.

To me, Rayne rocks.

I don't know many businesses that would take back a customer that bad-mouth the business like he did.

Plus for someone who owns a business, he sure got a lot of time to write pages of stuff.

with all due respect, GPI, i'm not saying to put thumbs down on your post but to put a thumbs down on his title so WK's or FB's will know that it's negative and can move on and ignore it. It's almost 10 pages now and obviously this was a valid review otherwise this would've been gone. I don't know what good will all this bring to Muse as more member know what happens when they give reviews...specially negative ones.

So because my pockets are deep it's a poor choice to visit them for the first time during their openhouse, where I can have a chance to mingle with all the girls and decide who I'd like to see on future visits? I never once made an issue about cost, or money, or even getting a free doorfee as compensation for not having my appointment honoured, but all of the fanboys are trying to use that as their last defense. In fact, I've mentioned that even if I was offered a free door fee I wouldn't accept it. The bigger issue is that Rayne was rude to many other customers, and drove away many future customers with her attitude. I saw 5 in the span of 20 minutes. An even bigger issue than that is the fact that Rayne very loudly bashed customers physical appearance within an earshot of other customers. All of this is acceptable behaviour to you which tells everyone all they need to know about your character, it's quite sad.
