This place should be avoided at all costs.
I have been once, an East Indian and another west Indian attendant open to HE. The caucasian attendant was not open to HE.
Owner is super confused and rude. I got the contact of the Indian SP when I saw her last time. She left the place because of the bad treatment of the owner.
She is hosting sometimes from her residence and okay with 1hr massage with HE finish with $70 when I saw her second time. Maybe she will start adverting and accept more clients.
Please note that the observation above is for 499 Ray Lawson BLvD.

The street has 511 Ray Lawson as well and that is a legit reputed place for multi disciplinary clinic for physio, massage etc.
I am a regular at 511 Ray Lawson for few years. All ladies there are East Indian, very friendly but no extras allowed as like any other legit place.
I have always had plenty of ass cheeks and balls grazing massage strokes and therapist boobs squeezing all over my head, arms and legs in all my massage sessions that get me a full mast in all my RMT sessions here. RMT massage quality very good as well. Physiotherapy sessions are also pretty touchy feely as well with ladies help me stretch all over and massage my back and bums. I strongly believe that the girls do that here deliberately to retain regular clients. In my experience, this is one of the best place for me to spend my insurance money.

You are not undraped at any proper mainstream legit place ( I am not including those shady legit where some does HE and some has RMT license).
Being said that, I found the draping here minimal. Moreover, massage is very sensual and relaxing but not at all erotic, All the girls are good looking gnd, always engage in interesting conversation and I like the finish where my head is literally squeezed between the boobies for a head massage.
