Well apparently, this place does exist. I guess I'll keep trying them from time to time, to see if I can get through. That just means the number is in NY city, it is like using google map, if they can't found the exact address in Manhattan, they will put it near City Hall.

Obviously there is something wrong with your phone, I have no problem getting thru. You have to remember, after multiple busts in the last few months, they are being very careful who to let in. No sure what system they used, I bet they are busy checking your number while the phone is ringing. Try to call from work if you work for a large company--hopefully not NYPD.

i went here a week ago. i called several times at night and they finally answered. it's sort of hit or miss i guess but it's probably a way of controlling traffic.
