I definitely agree with what T-bud said. The best way to sum it up is to quote a recent mama-san that I was chatting with : "When they provide bad service, bad reviews kill their business. When they do a good job, detailed reviews only put them in the risk of LE". Either way they are screwed.
I am only hobbying, cuz I cant get some the other way. But I am working hard on it, and as soon as that happens... I am going to retire, T-bud style

A digression, this post is about Misty but...

I have had several conversations with LE that I know personally.
I never breached a personal secret but investigated what is needed to get a warrant for busting a place. It turns out a very explicit review or one confirmed more than once with contact info is all that is needed for a warrant these days. That means they don't even need to get in and do the undercover conformational work. They can just tap the phones- patriot act. Watch activity, present a review, and set up a bust. Some like to bust at the peak of activity and some prefer the surprise of early morning (typical narc bust.).
This isn't shit that I read this was recon from personal interviews with cops.

You bet they read GFE, it saves them work.

Ratings and suggestive but not explicit reviews provide a level of deniability that forces them to do the undercover work.

Passing vital info via PM is probably the way to go. Knowing what member is "safe" is probably impossible but if you search their post you can probably conclude if someone is at least seriously taking part in the activity. LE are people too and you better believe they are in the monger game too. But it would be stupid for an active monger LE to tip off a spot they happen to enjoy themselves.

I don't understand why people need every detail posted when PM is available. You can get the idea of what the girls are like, that is not a secret that is discretion.

If you want to read a porn rag there are other venues for that so why blow up a place you would probably want to go to?

These girls don't like screening, it is deters people, cost time, takes effort, and can cost money too. They just want to make a lot of money fast.

The KMP model is, run the girls ragged, stay open 24/7, and make as much money as fast as they can. If they get busted, the girls get a slap on the wrist, the owners typically are out of reach, and they just use the profits to start over. This worked well enough in the past when the level of LE crack down was less intense.

But if the LE steps up the operation so that these places shut down quickly after they open then there isn't time to accumulate the needed dough.

To me it makes much more sense to keep a lid on it and patiently let it grow. Slow and steady wins the race.

As a monger I also wouldn't want to go to a place that is blown up here or is advertising on every channel.

Honestly, unless you are a millionaire or billionaire (me someday soon- Biofuel) this shit is not a hobby it is an addiction that could be on par with Crack cocaine. Most of the mongers are acting out of a habitual responses to stress, anger, sadness, loneliness, a need for connection and esteem, or depression. The gratification is momentary and never seems to get at the core of the feeling, so the cycle repeats because for a tiny moment everything in the world is bliss. When do you light up a cig or take a swig? It is no different.

Meditation is a magic bullet. You sit, you breathe, and the stress is gone. Do Vipasana and you begin to understand where all the shit is coming from and you stop being reactive to life, you learn to control your own mind which is like a wild elephant or chimp (monkey mind) until you tie it to the post of concentration.

I am not enlightened, soon though; I have broken retirement.
But I am going to go and meditate before I even think about going out.

Anyway, I apologize for going off topic the thread is supposed to be about Misty. FM, I am grateful for the post and this is not a critique. I just wanted to bring up the difference between a CL post and a review. Sure a CL post is out there but without the review the LE have to do recon. Not only that, even the KMP's are screening these days, even if you think they aren't.

Scoring would be used in reference to getting something that was not negotiated for beforehand. For instance, our friend CJJ scored when he unclogged that girls constipated ass and she let loose on him. Now that's scoring.

I am not sure why this thread bugs me so much, but the topic seems to have been discussed like a million times before. Post count has absolutely nothing to do with experience. I happen to be very active in the hobby, but have only been doing it for about a year and a half. I like to think I have a good amount of common sense, when I'm not drunk, but I would not consider myself a seasoned pro when it comes to mongering. I make all kinds of mistakes! Some guys on here have decades of experience and fucked thousands(hundreds?) of providers and still have low posts because they only chime in when they have something to say. Others have thousands of posts and say absofuckinlutely nothing!

Ron or somebody had a good idea a while back............hang on to you UTR for as long as you are still interested in seeing her, share to you friends via PM, and when you are done post up your review. What's the big fucking deal?

Read my previous posts carefully again.. All I said was keep YOUR most precious places safe, NOT every one. I am sure as an experienced hobbiest, everyone has at least one. Shit even I have one.
That being said, I am all for sharing, like I said before. After all if I hadn't discovered CL and massageplanet I'd STILL be a virgin . I love what massageplanet does; it's kind of like a brotherhood for sharing the pussies and having fun along the way. The trick is to find the balance between sharing and scoring. Think of yourself as a point guard, a la Steve Nash.

Withholding information and keeping things secret from all but senior members is NOT the way to go about it, IMHO. Like I said before, if we were to do this, we might as well eliminate all but senior members from the board, which DOES defeat the purpose of massageplanet. Taking proper precautions and then going the PM route (as Cantin suggested) should solve any problems. Besides, do you really think that LE needs massageplanet in order to make their busts? Keeping things secret is NOT erring on the side of caution - it's tantamount to shutting down massageplanet.

I understand your opinion, CNYC. But still, with all the LE busts happening, I'd like to err on the side of caution.
Are Japanese better than Koreans or Chinese? No... everyone is good in their own way, BUT the rarety (is that a word?) of JMP's in NYC is what makes them a tad more desirable to me. Everyone is entitled to their own preferences/fetishes.

Let's look at this from a True Hobbiest point of view:
1. Reviews have to be made, that's why we are here for
2. Leaving out names and contact numbers can be a good idea but how do we get the provider who gave the great service (PM, is the key)
3. Post counts to evaluate members is not the answer (Some people stay on "3 Words" all day or post stupid comments)
4. Different zones for true members, guess what, no more free flowing information, now everything will be subscription based
I posted that open review on SOS Dayspa on Spahunters and massageplanet, their phones were ringing off the hook. I was there and I saw the owner/receptionist panicking. The "Monger Lurker Effect" was in full force.
So with my "In search of Binka", I left out location, a few names and contact info. I have been receiving plenty of PM's but that's expected. I decided who I should share with and who I didn't trust based on contribution history. I can truly say that latter will be my way of reviewing AMPS in the future. Since I fuck any asian that moves, I don't have that let down feeling of losing a JMP. There's always tomorrow, and tmorrows agenda is a foursome.

umm everyone should have (and I am sure they do) their ATF places.. they can share them if they want, but if a place is as good as the one FM went too, then it should be kept under the radar, IMHO. If you disagree with me, idc... go ahead and put the exact location and phone number of the favorite places you visit.
As for sharing on massageplanet, I am all for it. Hey, Read some of my reviews... all of them are as detailed as it gets. But, if you live in NYC, where there are almost no real Japanese workers (no not Korean Fakers), then such a rare place like that obviously needs to be kept secret and only shared with either the senior members or well trusted members.
Sigh believes in finding the balance between sharing and protecting your favorite establishments at the same time... and yes it is possible as long as your BIG head is doing the thinking for you

obviously any one with a HEAD will be more than likely be interested, if he reads a good review he will most likely PM the reviewer and the reviewer will have to deal with more crap in that case. I think that, if someone finds such a GOOD place as this one (in this case a frikking JMP in NYC) they should keep quite about it for a while. Yeah Yeah we are all here to share, but if sharing hurts the establishment and/or the reviewer then no can do. Believe it or not, I have a couple of my own UTR places and NO I am NOT sharing them here... sorry they are just too good.

definitely can make a customer feel uneasy too, when I am half way through a session and the door bell is ringing or the phone blowing up every 2-3 minutes.

I usually stay away from the heavily reviewed places for that reason sometimes,unless it is a special case. Just simple mathematics having to do with lots of positive reviews and what can follow.

Also the doorbell screws up my rhythym and flow.
