Hoping to find one or two new people to visit since my favorite "hidden gems" seem to be retiring from the business or word has gotten out so their prices have spiked while the quality has tanked.
I can share a few of my recommendations as well, both legit and otherwise.

Over the years I have received lots of pms from people seeking information and they claim to have good information to share. In my experience the information they share in exchange for something valuable is just stuff that they carefully gathered or clipped from posts on CAF or here. Nothing actually of any value. Or they dredge up adventures that are 10+ years ancient. Or links to various ads on Kijiji or LL. There are hundreds of them, rapidly changing, little value. The best information can only come from a like minded massage enthusiast with similar temperament and interests

I would tend to agree with you, for the most part. I've been an avid massage enthusiast for 8 or 9 years, and I am quite loyal to the providers I find that I click with. For obvious reasons, I'm quite selective about who I share their information with.
Until the last year or two, I believed this site (and others like it) were basically a resource for escorts. I've learned that there are some like-minded individuals who enjoy it for more than just the extras, and I've exchanged quite a bit with a few of them via private messages.
As I said in my original post, most of my favourite providers have been retiring or "slipping" lately, so I'm hoping to find someone new that I enjoy visiting regularly.
So while some of what I have to offer in return may be from last experience with them a year ago, there will be relevant and current information as well.

What I meant was that I didn't bother with this or any other massage forums for a long time because I thought they were just advertising for escorts, and that was not what I was looking for. I have since learned that I was incorrect in that assumption and this site has become my primary resource for checking reviews, occasionally adding my two cents if there hasn't been a million others commenting the same thing, or messaging with people directly when discretion is more important.
Before that, I would try just about every massage provider I found on Kijiji, CL, reddit forums, or any other ad I saw, until I found someone who caught my interest.

While I may not be as prolific as some others, such as yourself, I'd like to think that I can provide some positive input that may lead to someone finding their new favourite.

No need to have battles on this board. Important thing is to help one another with similar interests discover good providers. Not all providers want publicity, so we need to be respectful. Review a poster’s profile history and then decide to approach them directly.. or NOT.. … with valuable info. That’s how it works.
