Lawyer needed!!!! Please!

[HI everybody]

massageplanet.net Friends,

I have an MP friend working at La Perla (got busted this Wednesday) for being in a baudy house... the place was taken down by the cops. However, I am 99% certain she was doing nothing bad... so.... does anyone know a decent lawyer who deals in these matters that we could contact? Please help!

I agree. Not to throw mud, but how the heck do you rack-up 261 posts in under 1 month (according to WhO's profile, that's 8.96 posts per day - you do the math, that averages out to 29 days!). I guess it must have been with posts like that.

I've only been on the board for a very short period of time, so maybe it's not my place to say... if so, I apologize. Again, I'm not trying to throw mud, but I agree with sorely!

Your buddy isn't going to jail for a little "bawdy house" charge. On the other hand, he WILL get a criminal record which will affect him visiting the USA and being bondable. The whole experience of being found guilty is also highly humiliating.

There are a host of legal issues re a bawdy house bust. Chief among them is the need for a valid warrant to search the premises and do the bust. Also whether the cops can prove your buddy was engaged in a sex act or knew others used the place for sex acts.

Yes, she had the cuffs and all.. but she was not engaged in any activity whatsoever at the time, not even massage! She was just one of many that were on the premise! Thanks for all the useful input guys. I will let you know how it turns out!
