I'm not sure if I understand what you're saying but I'll try to break it down. You need to understand that among Mexicanos there's a rivalry. A rivalry of the states. So some Mexicanos just love to hate guys from certain states. Some go over the edge while others just keep it without crossing the line. Is also part of the culture to make fun of each other so combine that with hate and you have a recipe for disaster. My brothers from 'nother mother's family and my family are from different states and it can get pretty heated when it comes up. Just think that we been buddies forever and this is how it gets so imagine strangers.

As far as chicas liking Asians I don't hear that. Is probably because of money. But brother Krappee makes a good point that it's probably also because they're well behaved. I've heard from chicas in La Zona they like me because I'm calm and collective but that can work against us when they try to take advaneforum.xxxe of us.

Now to the part where we Mexicans complain about how the whites treat us bad. I can say for myself that it's true they treat us bad. But I won't say that I complain. I been treated so bad by the whites but they don't get under my skin. My complain is that if they're going to be assholes they should do it to my face. Don't be a coward be a man. in my experience it will take one month to make your presence be felt in a Mexican bar before you can make any plays. 99 percent of the gringos living here in mexico will agree. you dont walk into a working, middle class mexican locals-only bar in a resort town frequented by gringos and start throwing down on your first show.

Civilian chicas are available and easy to meet everywhere. If it takes you several months to "break through" then maybe you should look in a mirror.

i believe the word you are looking for is "cualquiera." and to a certain extent you are correct. a respectable woman would never go to a bar alone unless she was meeting friends and it was a bar of substance, a chido or chilo bar. a lower end bar, no. i happen to enjoy the lower end bars and would be more than happy to recommend two of them here in ensenada if a member is interested.

One of the things I noticed about Mexicans in general is that they complain about being mistreated by the whites in American, but they are also very racisis people. If you don't speak spanish perfectly, they look down at you, if you don't look white, they look down at you. Heck, I met a Mexican girl in NY on vacation who was from Mexico city who look down at Mexicans that live in TJ. Where and when does this prejudice ends?

There are obvious conflicting theories on this topic and I will test this out, by going to a bar away from the Zona and try to hit on locals either in bars or on streets. I will then report back.

On last thought, I noticed that chicas in the Zona tends to prefer Asian males. Is it because they tends to drop money on the girls or do Mexicans like Asian males? My friend who is Asian Americans and I sat on a table once, and we told the mesero to get us this girl, and we had a bet, and sure enough, the girl sat down besides him although I was the one who sent the mesero to get her....

as always, burt2020 is spot on. when you hanging out in the tourist areas and in the local bars(no gringos), women that go with gringos are looked down upon by the local(men) as the women are generally going for one reason...money. this is one of the reasons local mexicanas will be distant towards a gringo in a locals bar. putas are looked down upon in the mexican culture far worse than in the american culture. if you walk into a mexican bar(working class locals with no gringos) in a tourist area(ensenada,mazatlan,puerto vallarta) and are able to pull tail on your first visit and she is not a puta...you are winning and have serious game. now if you frequent said bar on numerous occasions and let it be known that you live there beforehand and speak passable spanish, you will get opportunities but you must not be the pushy gringo(feo gringo). if you present yourself to a table in which there is one guy and two women, make sure you ask the guy first if its okay if you can speak with the single girl and get his permission before doing so. it s widely known throughout the mexican culture that gringos are generally rude...you should try your hardest to be the exact opposite

lastly, never tell someone, especially a mexicano, that they are 100 percent bullshit. you can be made to look like a complete and utter fool.

I don't agree that a civilian chica will go with a gringo because of the idea they have the green. Most of this chicas already came to terms they will die "poor." I know it's sad but it's true. I been with Mexicanos all of my life and I've seen how civilian chicas among each other high five the girl who has the boyfriend with blue or green eyes. They don't ask if the guy is a professional but it would be a plus.

Sometimes I wonder why I get fairly good sessions in La Coahuila. Is it because I'm young or even good looking? LOL! Why oh why? I don't where to lean but I can also argue that it might be because they don't want me to see them as traidoras/traitors. I think it has something to do with it. I've seen chicas be with some non-Mexicanos in the barras and when I make eye contact with them I can see a little embarrasment in their faces. They probably think I see them as traidoras.

I've dated locals. And many of the locals I've dated really want money, not a relationship. But I have found exceptions.

Finding locals to date isn't easy. It's usually pure luck when you find one who is really interested in dating you.

You will need to speak Spanish fairly well. You will have a lot more luck if you have a place in Tijuana. Locals--with good cause--distrust tourists. (For one thing girls inside and outside the Zona have heard tons of true stories Gringos wanting sex--not marriage. And all single girls want a husband.) Living in Tijuana helps locals see you as somebody other than a tourist--which is important.

Finding somebody to date is a numbers game. (Being young and good looking--which I'm not--helps.) Go to places where Gringos aren't common where you'll find chicas. Places such as taco carts near factories, swap meets, small stores, etc. Go there almost daily, so you become a known factor. Slowly and casually start talking to chicas. Don't try to rush things--you don't want to raise the red flag that you're a Gringo trying to get into a chica's panties.

If you live in a Colonia through block parties. Offer rides to little old grandmothers and hope they'll fix you up with a granddaughter. Etc.

Now about money:
Expect having a girl friend to cost more than seeing putas. In Mexican families the "haves" take care of the "have nots."

Since you're a Gringo your one of the "haves" and will be expected to help your girlfriend, her family, and her extended family. If you think a true girlfriend is out to get you because she ask/expects financial help then you don't understand the culture.

Knowing the difference between a girl asking for financial help because she sees you as being her boyfriend and when asking you for money because she's playing you is damn tough. Especially in the beginning.

I was not referring to prostitution either. What we have is a site mainly of guys that would be afraid to approach a women not working as a prostitute.

That is easy. Mexican women are more friendly and approachable than American women for sure. I have a lady that works in a restaurant and cooks my food...in fact I was embarrassed a few weeks ago when she gave me a present for XMas....but I did get her something the next week.

Granted these ladies are not the "upper class" but they are ladies I found attractive and someone I would want to spend time with.

I was invited to a meeting with many of these folks to see about making my business 100% legal. It is a challenge, but they all agreed there was a need for a business like mine. The best we could do is get it licensed with an affiliation with an established business here in town.

We obviously are not going to agree on much, but people in high places are not afraid to be seen with me in public and women in discos and at their work place are not afraid of my advances. Now I have been turned down, but I can accept that.

I am not interested in women "upper class" women at all. I don't think I would have any luck there. I do however love and respect the working class ladies and have no problem with them at all.

Let me try to explain.

The transportation system in Tijuana functions on the hub and spoke system. Your girl friend will have friends and family members getting off taxis near the Zona Norte, friends of friends who work in the ZN, acquaintances who are taxi drivers, etc. etc. etc. They will see you with her, she will show them your picture, etc. etc. etc.

If you go anywhere near the ZN you will be spotted. It will get back to your girlfriend.
