Energy Shift

Many Reiki Blessings to all my fellow Reiki and energy workers. I just got off the phone with my Reiki Master Teacher and wanted to post something that we are both feeling. Both she, and myself are sensing a shift in the energies right now. I think it is both a shift in the Earth and her energies as well as the Universe itself. Something huge is going on and at first I thought my friend and I were the only one's who were sensing it but it appears that is not the case. Is there anyone else here, and this is in no way limited to energy workers who is also sensing this shift in energy? I would love to know you guys' thoughts on this. No its not just you. There is a huge shift going on and many phyiscal changes are occuring as well as energetic ones.

People have been talking about this shift for some time now. I beleive this is why there are many events I hear about where mass amounts of people are say... working on fixing the grids.... stuff like that.

And last week was a crazy conjunction. You may have had a major experience out of it, early to midweek last week. Bridges (and illusions) are collapsing, literally and energetically.

No, not all of them! I meant, "all of the planets that are currently in retrograde", as there are a lot of them. I've been most concerned about Venus retrograde right now, which was involved last week, but Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus are all retrograde, and Jupiter just turned direct on the 7th, so we're still waiting for it to get back to where it was before.

My own experience happened Wednesday, and was quite the spiritual "car crash". I'm sorry you experienced a physical one

"spiritual car crash?" You know, sometimes I feel like digging my heels into the sand and not letting anything change. Most of the time, I'm pretty pragmatic, realizing that change happens every moment of every day.

My car accident last wed (not two days ago, but back on the 8th,) has turned out to be pretty significant in terms of change. I've finally allowed myself to acknowledge a visual processing issue, and admitted that it makes me dangerous behind the wheel. I'm becoming very good friends with public transportation- realizing the positives and negatives of no longer driving. This week has felt much "slower," less of this frantic rushing around that I often do in the car...

Still, if I could just put it all back to where it was on the 7th, I would. Even though this decision will be good for me, it was not a decision that would have been made without a catalyst.

I'm tired. There have been so many changes in my life over the last 5 years.

Planets going retrograde has multiple layers of meaning. There's a general concept about what happens during retrograde, and then it gets more specific when you look at what signs the planet passes through during the retrograde period, and even more specific when you look at what conjunctions its making, and even more specific when you look at that in relation to your chart.

shifts in earth

I just recently had a FABULOUS AWESOME class in Quantum Shiatsu.

She talked abouut the polarity shift of the earth and how the vibrations have now changed from fast to slow.
Energy balance use to be in the heart chakra but now has changed into the sacrum. We only recieve one hands on tx day, but it was so profound what we did. Amazing.

Flaky new ager rule #1: whenever anything goes wrong, blame it on Mercury retrograde. (For bonus points: if Mercury is not currently in retrograde, frame the current events as the revisiting/undoing of events that took place previously when Mercury was retrograde in the past.)

Hehe actually I DO plan my endeavors around retrograde plants ESPECIALLY Mercury. Moon void-of-course is another one to watch out for, and it's very frequent!

Once, we bought a house under both Merc retro AND Moon v/c. Ha! Not doing THAT again! THe house turned out to be haunted, my nightmares began day one, and over a 3.5-year period I became a SHADOW of what I once was. I ended up moving smack dab into an unseen energy vortex of some sort (the whole town, probably spanning a small geographical area). I kid you not: I almost didn't make it out of there.

I was young; age 19 through 22...

OK I didn't mean to hijack the thread! LOL

To respond to the original question, I have felt a sense of shift for a long time, but I have no idea what to attribute it to. I don't know if it's just getting older and the morphology and evolution that (are supposed to LOL) accompay that, or what. For the last 20 years I've seen books about how the poles are shifting and the earth is changing, and really, I'm not surprised. The earth is a relatively unstable entity and it has been forever. Whether changes are coming faster and more furious now or not, I'm not sure. I do look at society today and shake my head, and I'm growing very suspicious of our ever-stranger weather, and I have this pit-like feeling that things are changing beyond our control by forces both human and not. But I really don't know what to make of it or what to do about it, since it's all global and perhaps universal. Of course, in my faith we talk about the Yugas, or time periods, and we are now in the time of the Kali Yuga. Ten thousand years ago plus, there were ppl on the planet who knew what would happen these days and they spelled it all out. Just Google "Kali Yuga" and you'll see what I mean

For the most part definately. I think that the shift that people are feeling is both physical and spiritual. The "powers that be" are working overtime and for some reason there is very little any human can do about that. I just want to see what happens at this point.

That's an interesting take on it. I gravitate more towards materials that express ideas like: this entire shift is the result of a collective (and unanimous) decision by humanity to move in this direction.

Of course there's also the Piscean->Aquarian shift that from several perspectives is far from complete.
