Didn't feel wrong for asking a change from a person with whom you have mongered all night long especially when card blocked is due to waiter's repetitive mistakes.
Neither hesitated while paying bills nor hesitated asking for a change when there was no option nearby.
I had told you in past that I'll return that precious 200 Rs note but did not know you were especially coming to collect it. Could have handover it from someone when I was not in city.

Don’t manipulate. It wasn’t a change request. It was an ask for Rs. 200. And I don’t need that money because I didn’t give you with the intention of getting it back. I am ordinary worker but I ensure I always have enough money in my pocket for essential things. Perhaps, Indian karyakartas need to be educated enough to have multiple cards in their wallet, besides keeping some extra cash too.

US monger forgot that for what purpose desi monger needed more cash, which consecutive sms alerts made him violent at some waiters, why he left the bar suddenly & then who requested him to stay at hotel & come to bar again. ( Learnt it from that incidence later, If requested then two money transfer outlets near Red Rose bar provide you cash in exchange of online transfer).

If I'm buying cigarettes for my friends & I have 100 Rs multiple notes & bill is 120 Rs then shopkeeper will ask "20 Rs change hai kya". It is very general term.
