When I'm in senses i feel not to go which is at present, i house arrested myself

Then i get bored also (only bcoz i am addicted now) n feel like jaude bc i beer piu n i end up drinking n landing in ob till closure.

Reason to stop OB, its costly at first place. 2ndly i go with a plan just to see girls, their ada, body etc.. And then i get attracted to one of girl and spend on her, it goes in a flow. (here, us ko sirf tadane k kia i feel ashamed. So i call for cash to get her better views). Then i take her no n feel to sleep with her n it irritates me when she says no or quotes high.

I'm working on to be shameless/ skipping unwanted girls.

May be try and go for other hobbies as well. Usually, I am crazy about movies, books, documentaries, driving. May be you can try that as well. Ration these days for some day for eg, I do these activities only on weekend. Try gaming and traveling

Get out of it while you can. I dunno how old you are. Channelise your anger towards something constructive. Bodybuilding, running, parkour, sports serve as very good digressions. Anything that is exhausting and energy consuming can help seep out the anger fast.

Also find CLOSURE. Closure could lie in forgiveness, or in pulling some harmless trick on your object of hatred. If you can’t let off steam through sport or other physical activities, closure would be crucial.

Kevin bhai, felt for you bro. It takes great courage to open up so honestly on an open forum. Believe me, such things happen to almost everybody. My suggestion is don't take responsibility for the unfinished revenge. Let Karma do it for you. You will see it with your own eyes happening. If somebody has wronged you, you will see him pay for it somehow. It happens. And even if it does not, it is something that is not in your control. But understand this, if you drink daily and spoil your health and financial well being, your enemy is more successful then what he originally was. The best revenge as they say is to lead a good, healthy and happy life.
Your will power will help you overcome this habit or if need be, take proper counseling. OB is for fun, it should not be a source of regret.

It was my first time in a SB. Thanks LK for giving me gyaan on what I can expect in a SB.
