When you stand outside Meghraj facing the entrance, you will see 2 doors next to each other - the one on the left takes you to DB section and the one on the right takes you to the OB section. The DB section is generally operational after 6:30pm and the OB gets going after 10:30pm (most OB girls come on the floor after 11pm).

The DB girls sit with you and are generally speaking easier to pick up. The OB girls don't sit with you and generally require a larger investment of money/time to take out. Most of the DB/OB girls go out for the "right" amount of money. Whether they dance nude for you in the hotel/lodge or not depends on your rapport with them OR the amount of money you are giving her.
