No idea about Kiran DBs closing time.

I have stayed at RajMahal till closing time - 12am (Midnight).
RajMahal provides girls in the lodge upstairs throughout the night. BTW if you don’t like the girls in the DB, they can arrange a different lineup in the lodge even when the bat is open.
Talk to Monty - beware, he expects a tip (minimum 200) even if you don’t take service. He got offended when I refused to tip him more than 100 last time. Not that I care - tip should be commensurate with service.

I have paid 200 per song or 500 for 2 back to back songs in RajMahal. Girls were more than happy with that amount.

600 bar fine
500 Lodge
And bill charges.
Or Indies are there..I had around 50+ no's in that range but deleted them from phone as was suffering from sex addiction.

That’s a great strategy @Lustking69 for most DBs. However RajMahal is a pickup joint masquerading as a DB. The process is much simpler there - choose a girl, confirm the price with her (4.5k all inclusive as you mentioned) , inform the steward who will hook you up with one of the managers in a black suit, who handles the money part. Then you head upstairs.

You don’t really need multiple visits before taking a girl upstairs.
