Most of these places will not be not be on make my trip exactly. So any help is really appreciated.

Usually 70% costs are free dur to my travel nature of job. This time, I will need to be a bit more astute in spending. So share your ideas!!

All the hotels u mentioned are on MMT book for double occupancy.. At the time of check in tell the reception guy will give ID of the second guest when she checks in.. there will be no problem.
