I'm not asking for armchair opinions, asking more about people's experiences... or what they've heard happened to others.

There's a possibility that an MPA can get pregnant. Condoms can break sometimes. It's rare that it does, but it's possible. If there's hard thrusting and the condom is super tight, then it will break. It's even more likely to break during anal sex, but it's obvious the girl won't get pregnant this way.

On the other hand, the MPA may be on birth control, but I never asked any of them because it's none of my business. But birth control isn't 100% foolproof either.

If the MPA does get pregnant after all that is said and done, how will she know it was you that did it? Is she let you fuck her, chances are other guys have fucked her too. So how will she know who the father is? That would be quite a dilemma for her.

even if the skin colour matches to the father, blood type may not match. For example the Dad has O Blood Type. it is impossible for the child to have AB blood type.
