Depends more on the MPA than the client. I've also come across MPAs that want $40 tip for CBJ in hh but no upcharge for 1hr appts.

Different tip amounts for cbj vs bbbj do not make sense to me because it is the sane amount of work for the girl either way. If you think cbj is not worth it better not to do it.
