broadway bodycare has bad service

today is sunday and i made an appointment with one of broadway bodycares's girls and when i got there the manager said sorry she never showed up WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS ??? IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR TO GET THERE

bostich, you of all people should know you ALWAYS need to confirm your appointment an hour ahead of time. Girls not showing up is pretty common, as I'm sure you're aware.

A little surprised that you're still using BBC, given all the bashing you've been giving them. No other parlour closer to where you live?...

I thought I'd drop two cents here...

I recently went to BBC for my first visit. I had an appointment the other week and it was set for 10am. It was confirmed earlier by phone. I actually arrived into the area around 9:30am (earlier than expected due to a light traffic day) so I called to ask if coming early would be ok; the girl on the phone said since the SP was there that this wasn't a problem and everything was set. Then a few minutes later I get a call back from BBC girl saying that the girl I was seeing was double-booked but she would still be able to see me for my appt at 10am?

Since BBC opens at 9:30am, that tells me that either someone walked in upon opening and although the SP has 10am appt went ahead anyhow or their booking procedures are a little suspect. Although everything was "ready" when I arrived for my appt exactly at 10am, this meant that the 9:30 session was rushed thru and/or there was little to no time given to the SP in between sessions to prepare and freshen up. I suspect it was a combination of both as my session was quite uncomfortable as I could smell and taste the perspiration of the SP and also tell that she was already somewhat worn out. Knowing that I received sloppy seconds is also never a really appealling idea...

I thought for an established business like theirs that all of this was handled quite unprofessional.

I think appointments in this business are more flaky than a 3 dollar bill. I have a feeling only half of all johns who call actually show up so I cut them so slack on that.

I used to go there quite a bit and always made an appt, kuz each time there was a specific girl I wanted to see.
Never had a prob... except once Lauren (Aliya was her name at BBC I think) was somewhat late for the 10am-er due to missing a bus connection or something. Still no prob as she more than made up for it. yum.
