Im assuming the average person gets a bodyslide for $100. If you see an MP alot and like her, the sessions tend to get better as they get more comfortable with you. How much do you tip them?

Just wondering... If I want a topless massage with a release, I'd normally pay an extra $20 to the MPA. Should I tip in addition to that, or is that considered the tip? If I should tip in addition to the extra, how much?
