What time is the BTS to Pattaya from Bangkok

What is the best place to get the bus to Pattaya in Bangkok ?

and how much will be the transportation fee?

Where is the bts to Pattaya in Bangkok ? My hubby says its in Skuhmvit road I not so sure?

We will be on a short trip to Thailand and staying just over 2 days in each Bangkok and Pattaya. Would really like some help on the topic...I have read what's on the internet...but i need some first hand experience. Which place is good value for money and more interesting?
