lastly,i wanted to give some props to utopia for their customer service.I had a small wait for my session as things were running behind but the manager took care of me by offering me some refreshments while i waited.he had done the same thing once before when i had a small wait for cassidy.i know that in the past there had been some criticism of utopia in this area,though not lately it seems.i just thought good customer service should be recognized as well, i have never had a problem at utopia.
