It is estimated that 1 in 3 sex workers in Canada are infected and those who provide services like BBBJ are giving it to customers. For peace of mind to anyone who may be new to this hobby or a bit of a hypochondriac....

I've never heard of a heterosexual male contracting HIV or syphilis from a women at a spa of any type. Many of us have gone and seen 100's of mpas and recieved bare pussyslides and bbbj. On occasion bbfs.

Is there still a risk involved? For sure. The clap or Gonorrhea you are much more likely to encounter. Herpes if you don't already have it, and super common but hardly discussed is Molluscum contagiosum.

But really in this hobby, just get tested every 3-4 months and your fine. Worry less, and don't do high risk activities if you think mentally you cannot handle it, just stick with safer service.

You ‘re not thinking of going around asking your friends and colleagues or random people outside , whether or not they ‘ve been to a spa and caught some shit ,do you ? Look at it this way - how many people red this thread in last 2 days or so ? That’s right , a whooping 600 + people . That’s more than pretty much any other thread here , given the amount of time it took . So , it seems that the topic is rather important , i ‘d say .

Now , I ‘d assume that out of all the people here that read it so far if anyone had HIV or Syphilis , they ‘d most likely share . 600 + pips is a lot , man . Besides , everyone is anonymous so if there ‘s a place for people to admit this shit , it would be here .

I know a few mongers who went and got tested and found they had stage 2 syphilis. I got tested and negative but don’t fool yourself. BBBJ and DATY are enough to get it.

From my reading it can be. Dose varies depending on stage. Google “Amoxicillin treatment for syphilis”.

Though, there is a flip side of the coin.
A ton of people here write explicit reviews on spa attendants. Many claim that these girls read these reviews and figure out who the reviewer is, even if a review was slightly altered. Thus, presumably, many people here may be cautious to share about ever catching anything, to avoid a possibility loosing their regular MPA.

There are definitely risks, no doubt. This is why I have only one MPA that gives me
bbbj, for instance. I've known her for many years and know that bbbj is not something she does to everyone.
Otherwise, I put on a raincoat.

Syphilis is primarily transmitted through direct contact with syphilitic sores, which can occur on the genitals, ass, lips, or mouth. While engaging in a body slidethere is potential for skin-to-skin contact, particularly in areas where friction occurs.

If the person performing the body slide has syphilis sores on their body, there is a risk of transmission if those sores come into contact with any cuts, scratches, or mucous membranes (such as those found in the mouth, genitals, or anus) of the person being slid upon.

You're also at risk to get herpes from a body slide.

I’ve talked with 2 MPAs that have had customers with suspicious sores and have gone for the test , haven’t returned to work yet .. play safe

See that's the thing, I've never received a body slide where there was contact other than skin on skin. Most of the MPAs have been very careful to not touch genitals during a body slide. I'm assuming that Herpes is the same thing.

Now I have done some DATY, but have only done BBBJ once recently, I usually prefer doing CBJ as I pop easily with a BBBJ and for safety reasons above. I suppose I will still test just to be sure.

Article says 13,000 syph cases in 2022 reported by everyone, majority ≠ sexworkers …w almost 40 M Cdns, it’s 1 in 3000 … trust me, way more SW in Canada than that … I’d guess there were @ least 13,000 paid sex acts last night alone in Canada

Molluscum contagiosum can b transmitted by legit msg… there’s a girl @ Kelly showed me pics she had , she has 2 get treated f/ time 2 time after contracting it f/ clients …

Syph & herpes also transmit asexually if u encounter the sores… ofc if u do sex acts in a spa, much more likely 2 encounter these things … esp if u raw dog somewhere u cant see inside…

If yer gonna hobby, either make yer peace w STD & nonSTD stuff or find another sport
