from my experience no...I've been to CD probably 20x and I paid for extras 15x

The masseuse would not let me touch the 5x I didn't pay for extras.... which is understandable

You pay $160 at the front desk and the masseuse makes around $30 from that. The $60 extra is what they're usually after.
