The odds are exactly that, depending on how often you partake, what type of establishment, what girl, clientele, what services you get (ie. body fluids), etc.
List is too long of what is out there, but more common ones like genital warts and urinary tract infections (several) have been noted in other threads, as well as plantar's warts, but are all treatable.
The more serious ones nobody seems to talk about (herpes, gonnorhea, syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis) most likely are out there, but admitting would bring another aspect to the discussion and I doubt that you will get a lot of feedback in that area, but will see what everyone comes back with.

There always is a risk in whatever we do. I have been hobbying for almost 15-20 yrs and all I got was Chlamydia about 8 yrs ago once, finding out through my regular testings every 6 months. There was no symptoms at all. It was taken care of by just one dose of 3 big orange pills given to me by Hassle free clinics.
A good hygiene is very important to minimize the STI. I stay away from cheap dirty filthy spas with no showers. Girls working at those filthy spas are more dangerous than those working at nice clean spas with showers. If STD, STI and fluid exchange is that dangerous as some guys saying all the time in here I wonder how DT Maggie is still working 10-15 yrs seeing at least 25-30 guys a day almost every day.

Not yet (knock on wood)...you can minimize the chances by the type of spas you go to and the MPAs you see. But there's always a risk...

I had seen her twice about 10 yrs ago but on my last time, she didn't want me to leave after I was done and I was hanging out there for about an hour or so. After seeing how she was pumping out one after another every 10-15 minutes, I couldn't take it any more and stopped seeing her.

Visual inspection is also very important. I always turned the lights on real bright before they come in and blocked the light switch with my body. If I see any cold sores and such on their lips, I just did 180. I had came across twice with some girls working while their herpes was on out break and flaring. Daty wise, I always inspect carefully on their pussy lips before I dine on them.
BBFS is a bit risky but I had done bbfs with at least 30 spa girls some with multiple repeats. So far so good and never had any problem yet.

You're going to get Herpes no matter what. Condom or not, it doesn't matter and you can still get it if they aren't showing warts/cold sores/whatever.

Antibiotics fixed it.First was chlamydia in my throat from DATY. Been tested recently and all good.

Yes. You can still get herpes even with Condom. You can get some STIs from skin to skin contact, especially genital warts. Chances of getting herpes are much higher if you have sex while they are on out break and flaring.

This hobby is quite risky. It is best to educate yourself and know your chances...
