Hi first is sorry about this happened second is mika is starting working at 11am every single day she works so i Don't know who u were make appointment with? And i Don't think boss were booked u at 10am for mika even though she couldn't came that time hopefully you can understanding that could be a mistake thanks.

Could've been a total miscommunication but don't make me out to be a liar. I booked over the phone with a woman on Wednesday, she took my name and phone number down and wrote down the time. She sounded like the woman I've met at Candy Spa in the past as well as Yi Ren. She dresses really flamboyantly and usually wear sunglasses.

ultimately, even if there was a failure to communicate with me about what time to come in, and a failure to let Mika know she had an appointment, it's still my time you've wasted. I've been a good client - and this isn't how you treat repeat business. Please don't have Mika message me on my phone again, that is unacceptable.

Booked appointment with owner on Wednesday for Mika today at 10:00am. She no shows.

Annie - who was great about it suggested I wait 15 minutes, tried calling Mika repeatedly and then took my number to let me know when Mika would arrive.

I leave, catch up on work in my car, see Mika walk in. I walk in a few minutes later, Annie comes out to greet me. Apologizes again and brings Mika out.

Annie explains to Mika that I had an appointment earlier that she didn't show up for. They have a brief quiet argument and Annie tells Mika to explain the situation to me.

Mika says she is busy and that I should come back later. I tell her I was already here and that she missed my appointment, she insists she doesn't start until 11. It's 11:15 when she walks in, so she's late for that too. I tell her I won't come back as she's wasted my time today. She says, "really? Okay".

I have a hard time understanding why ownership books appointments for these girls knowing they won't show up.

I wouldnt mess around with that and woiuld find another place fast!!!

This spais the same as most of the Asian spas first come first served and appointment's don't matter , also the girls don't seem to keep proper hygiene between appointment's as they are in a hurry to get to the next,I had an appointment and was told rto come back in 30 min. So I walked .
