Don't think anything has changed, unless if it is in the last 3 months. Ground floor had always been SB, darker than Sai Darbar SB in ambience and quality !!

First floor is DB, i woukd say hit and miss, mostly miss. When I went few months ago, it was quite depressing, prior to that I think TL69 found a nice milf when he went there. Worth a try, if you have time.

I would suggest, if it is SB you are looking for, it is better to walk 5 min and go to Sneha. If it is DB, then cross the road and Kishore is better option..

On Sunday white house was open till 11, i was there with my buddy than we went to OB from there, white house got closed early because there were very few guest not because of LE issue.

Baywatch, Raj Mahal are working till extended hours lile 12 to 12:30. There is no LE issue as such in Navi Mumbai.

The OB we were in was opened till 3 (i might be operational post that , but i left at that time). Mongers should not be feared about situation in Navi Mumbai everything is working smoothly.

But I don't agree that my understanding of crimes is superficial. As a cyber forensics professional I have worked closely with LE agencies across the world and have deeper understanding of crimes than most. In fact, you are taking a myopic view of rape by equating it only with the spectacularly brutal assaults that happened in the case of Nirbhaya and Dr Priyanka Reddy. However, in reality less than 99% rapes fall in that category. Most happen in subtler forms that are often labelled conveniently by the male perpetrators as consensual sex.

- An Arab Sheikh coming to India, marrying a young woman or minor, having sex with her and then divorcing her the next day through Triple Talaq

- A vigilante cop anally-raping a prostitute for breaking the law
- A politician sticking it into a woman for doing her a favor
- A boss in office favoring a girl who sleeps with him and then not delivering the promised reward

- A soldier in a war-torn country seeking a blow-job to hand over an extra food packet to a refugee woman

I completely disagree with above marked points. If woman are allowed to manipulate a guy, why aren't guys allowed to manipulate them. If a woman drinks beyond her limits and have sex, it's not a rape. If you promise ur gf to marry n don't marry her, it's nt a rape. Manipulation for sex is not a rape ( no-one is a kid, everyone is grownup adult).
World is based on exploitation of weaker beings ( ofcourse you should respect them n be human). But if someone agrees to have sex wid you for some favour than they know what they are getting into so it's not a rape. Ofcourse if you don't keep ur end of bargain it's bad than.
