Yes, When you checkout and pay using Debit card at any merchant in US, in the end the terminal asks you for “cash back”.

If you go for it, it will ask you to enter your PIN and then amount. And then the cashier will give you the cash.

It does not work with credit cards.

Getting cash from credit cards happens only by going to a bank and presenting the CC and our ID.

DB’s giving out cash on CC was first I am hearing and thus all the thoughts of jugalbandi.

As mostly I spend high on that bars only who knows me well, I just ask for small denomination to spend on girls while they dance.
Suppose I take 40 k cash for spending on girls in 4 times that is 10 k each time,the bar cut comission for providing cash and bill comes around 5k then they add 40+5 and present 45 k bill to me for which I paid it through CC.

This system I have stopped from few months back when I was sitting with my fav girl in bar and she was with me from start to bar closing time.
It was around 70k bill for cash and drinks ( which hardly maybe around 5 to 10 k)
The girl seen I paid 70k and on next visit she said me please direct paise do mujhe as she only get 30k after all cuts comission and fine.

After that I pay tips directly in hand to girl and carry 500 and 2000 denomination notes with me.

I agree in NM i was never charged extra for CC payment..But the payment was only for drinks bill..In Thane i was recently charged 5% on the bill amt for making payment by CC...

Yes, bar girls prefer us paying directly to her. If we order bundle, the bar will cut some percentage (usually 40%). And then from rest 60% girl will get 80% or something.

On my last day, I got 2k notes from ATM instead of 500. Went to Deepika and made Rubina dance. Started with 2k for 3-4 songs. She looked around and put the note inside her blouse. I understood what’s going on.

From then on, I was giving her the 2k notes when no waiters were around us. In between I was also keeping 500 note on her phone so that waiters don’t suspect.

A useless FR of last week.

As I have arrived early in September in Mumbai after cutting my abroad trip short,had thought to visit few dbs

All this visiting of bar was in 2 days.

1st visit was at Nightangle:

Nothing achieved new here on that day as I was just reached for bar hopping early and just want to kill some time.

Went around 6:30 and it was not too much crowded but still few ones are there such early time.

Asked waiter for bring some good dancer and he bring some milf type lady whom I send back after giving bohni. Called a golden hair color girl and she was looking good from distance but was not as gorgeous from near.She didn't know how to dance but ready to go for entry.
Given her some money and waiter bring a short height girl which was wearing traditional dress and ready to dance on few numbers.
Made her dance on 3 songs
She was good in attitude and dance and paid her 2000 which she happily accept.
Completed beer and gone to Baywatch

2) Baywatch : Good place with good environment and cooperative girls and staff.
They know the difference between lion and jackal and give treatment to their customers which satisfy them .

Stayed here for short time as have to reach home early.
I generally don't consume beer but for short visit i prefer beer to other drinks.

Ordered beer and I was like if I had come there to only watch girls.

The slowdown is really massive unlike government presenting the manipulated number.

If Hong Kong index come to 27000 mark in 2019 from 31000 mark in 2007 then how can bse remain at 37000 in 2019 from 20000 in 2007.

Many of Intellectual will come and say the method is so and so ( i know all methods as i am in market from 18 years)
If anyone who is aged 35+ can easily understand that 2000 to 2007 growth story of India was real and from 2007 to 2014 we were eating from that assets and after 2014 every business is ruined.

Day 2

Want to start with sb and then db and then ob
But scene changed and move to ob from sb.

So started with Kishore.
They are now looking to make some changes.
Many old famous girls were abscent.

Lot of interesting posts on credit cards and disputes. Here is few more for your consideration..

Please note, got nothing to do with mongering so my usual statutory warning holds good for this as well !!

The dispute and chargeback is one of the most regulated and highly controlled process in payment card industry, for the simple reason of the potential fraud !! The laws of disputes and chargebacks is not governed by credit card company or merchants but by network/ settlement processors.. i.e. MasterCard, Visa, Amex and for those in US who have Discover cards. So the process is standard across all issuers and merchant acquirers and merchants..

When a transaction is disputed by a customer to the card issuing bank, the bank takes it to network provider (say mastercard), who will then take it with merchant acquirer. The merchant acquirer is typically another bank who holds merchant account or who has provided the POS to the merchant. The acquirer then takes it with merchant !!

So given the parties involved , it is not a simple process and it will be vigorous checks done depending on the money..

The general principle is, if the card is chip and pin, but merchant bypasses it and takes signature, then in case of dispute the responsibility of chargeback lies with the merchant. They take the risk

If the card is chip and pin and a valid pin is used to authorise, then the card company has the responsibility to provide all the info. So in the example provided, it will be card company of CP who is responsible to prove it is a fraud out of lost/ stolen card.

Given that it has happened in India with a US issued card, they will go to the extent of verifying passport entries etc. , Again depends on the amount involved.

In India, RBI has mandated that all cards issued after Jan 2016 has to be chip and pin and any transaction after 31st Dec 2018 has to be pin authorised. If an transaction after this date is not pin authorised, then the dispute ownership will be with merchant and they tend to lose.

If there are any issuers in India still provide signature based cards, then in dispute they are liable. I don't think there is any issuer in india who has non chip and pin card in circulation.

In US , it is still not a banking law yet and therefore lot of non pin cards are still active. That is the reason why most stores in US still have signature pads. If you use these type of non pin cards in India, 99.99% of merchants will decline or or not accept it, due to the reason mentioned above. Merchant takes the risk of dispute settlement..

On the 2.5% transaction fee, there is concept called interchange fee. This is the fee that the network providers charge the merchant for providing the infrastructure.. ie.e, when you buy a good for say Rs 100 using a card, at authorisation, the merchant POS will send it to acquirer, who will send it to network, who will send it to issuer who will then check if you have balance, card is good etc. and then sends approval message back to merchant in same route. All happens in milliseconds !!

On settlement, merchant will send end of day report to acquirer, who will consolidate for a network (all MC to MC, all Visa to Visa etc) and send it to them.. Processors will then send final bill to an issuer.. when Settling, the issuer will only send 99.50 to network, who will then send only 99 to acquirer who will then send only 98.50 to merchant.

When the customer receives statement, they pay 100 to their issuing bank. So the bank has made 1 RS for providing credit to the customer. 50 paise by MasterCard or Visa or discover and 50 paise by acquirer who provided the POS to merchant. This is interchange fee. In most countries where cash transactions are very low and cashless is very high, the merchant who expects to sell a good for 98.5 automatically marks up to 100. So he is not at a loss.if a customer makes cash payment, he is actually make 1.50 more profit !!!

In India , since cash is king, merchants still sell (or atleast we think) for 98.50, so when credit card is used , they eventually get only , say 97, so at loss !! That's why most merchant charge 2.5% more.

But Basel II and PSD I regulations have greatly reduced the interchange fee that networks can charge , which I think is now 0% for debit cards and 0.1% for credit cards.. so there should be no 2.5 surcharge, but merchants in India use this as another money making enterprise!!

Lastly, most issuers treat casino transactions as cash advance, so there will be can advance fee and you will start paying interest from that day onwards as there is no grace period like it is for purchases. So anyone on las Vegas trip, use debit cards !! Not applicable for DBs as they still register as restaurants, but since they are giving cash immediately which they get settled only end of the month from. acquirer, they would want to charge interest !!

And finally (since I already used lastly), please take into account Anglos warning about using CC in bars. Not from fraud, but leaving a paper trail that can cause domestic issues !!

Most bars have strange names (like A ONE restaurant for Malvan Kinara, Shayadri restaurant by guruprasad in Chembur), but when your wife sees the amount , it will not go well !!

Yes, PIN authorization is true. When u swap CC (Issued in India) outside of India, even though the card is issued in India u need not enter a PIN to authorize the transactions. The law of the land applies.

This varies from bar to bar. A number of girls from Cabana and Ramesh have informed me that the bar doesn’t deduct anything from the tips handed to them in the bar. In case of change, the bar already takes a cut upfront, generally 20%, when you order 10/20/50/100 rupee notes. When you throw cash (10/20 Rs notes), the girls only get the amount that is recovered from the floor. If some waiters flick some notes, then the girls get shortchanged.

In other bars like Nightingale and StarNight, the waiters keep a strict watch on the girls collection. In such bars, the girls get less than 50% of the collection. A StarNight OB girl informed me that she gets to keep 45% of the total collection per night. I don’t know if that is really true, because some of these girls lie blatantly to get sympathy and eventually money out of your pocket.

Meghraj DB:
Having read a few enticing FRs on Meghraj recently, I decided to pay them a visit. Reached Meghraj at 9:30pm. Entered through the door on the left for the DB section. There was a group of 4 guys making 2 chubby girls dance on a variety of songs. Settled into the first table on the left, in front of the DJ booth.
I liked the selection of girls standing around. They were in the 18 - 22 age range and most of them were slim and beautiful.

I ordered change for 2k (in 100 Rs notes) and tipped a bunch of girls over the next 30 minutes. Eventually a thin 18 year old girl with dusky complexion, beautiful eyes and a great smile came and stood directly in front of my table. She smartly stood in my line of sight, blocking my view of the 2 girls dancing on the opposite side of the room. I tipped her 3 hundred rupee notes over the course of a few songs and chatted with her a bit. After I invited her to dance to a song of her choice, she called the DJ over, paid him 100 bucks (that she recovered from me later) and then proceeded to put on a great performance. When I tipped her Rs 300 at the end of the song, she leaned over and whispered in my ear in Hindi (translated here for the benefit of non-Hindi speakers) - “who tips 300 bucks for a dance?”.
I countered with - “How much do you expect?”.
She replied - “2k per song “.
I said - “I probably would have, if you were in the OB section “.
She promptly picked up the money and her phone from my table and headed through the connecting door to the OB section. The steward rushed over and asked if he should move my drink over to the OB. I asked him to get my bill instead. He implored me to make the other beauties dance, while pointing out the good dancers, but I was done with Meghraj for the night.
Summary - beautiful young chicks, mostly Rajasthanis. OB girls expect OB level tips while dancing in the DB section. Sorry, I am not stupid enough to cater to their egos. The OB girls should not be loitering in the DB section in the first place.
On the positive side, there was a lot of close dancing and light groping going on between the 2 dancers and their customers on the other side of the DB.

After leaving Meghraj, I headed over to McDs a few blocks away for a coffee and mused over the prospect of playing head games with the lovely Meghraj OB chick - by showering money on some other chick in that OB, but decided against it - it would be foolish to splurge just to put her down.
Took an auto to Ramesh instead. The ground floor OB was rocking at 11pm. Headed upstairs to look for the girl with whom I had spent time outside the bar. Had a drink with her upstairs before heading back downstairs to enjoy the dances of the OB girls. Saw some slim dancers who I had not noticed in the past. Headed over to Magnet around 12:30am. The place was packed. Locked eyes with a gorgeous chick as soon as I walked in, exchanged smiles and followed the steward to the only available spot. A majority of the girls were average, but a couple of them were gorgeous. One of the stage dancers was pretty good. Tipped the girl I had noticed next to the entrance while enjoying dances of girls dancing at the adjacent tables. It looked like no one was tipping a lot of money here to the dancers. I only have 1 night left in Navi Mumbai - I am considering returning to Magnet tonight to interact with that 1 chick whom I found very attractive. Took an auto from Kapil Kinara to Heaven6. While I was getting out of the auto, the guy at the entrance of Heaven6 asked me to get back in the auto and leave - section tight , police lafda, etc.
I decided to check out Sona OB next.

Sona OB:
Reached Sona around 2:15am. Entered through the side entrance and took the first table on the left of the OB stage... great spot. The stock was much better than last week. Lots of young, slim, beautiful girls dancing away at various parts of the OB. Was getting ready to order a drink when the music abruptly stopped and all the girls rushed to the dressing room. The stewards started settling patrons bills and within 5 -10 minutes everyone was asked to leave the bar. A few drunk patrons got into loud verbal arguments with the bar managers.
Anyway, left without drinking or spending a single paisa.
Since I was out of options so late at night, decided to call it a night and took an auto back to my hotel in Vashi.

It was an interesting night. In hindsight, I should have stuck to Ramesh or Magnet.
