The $$ not a concern at all, but health risks and thinking of consequences to my family made me feel really terrible I’d go to such lengths just to get off. Swore to myself I’d stop. Sexual desire seems unquenchable, and lines you set out not to cross, just become the next stepping stones.

Your feelings of remorse are not uncommon. A lot of guys kinda feel the same after doing the deed. You have a conscience but the force to the dark side is strong.

And investing money in it will save you money if it gets you to stop going. I'm going through exactly the same thoughts and was actually going to start a similar thread. Coming back to the beginning after writing a lot the thoughts I'm sharing are verbalization of things I've been trying to tell myself but haven't really articulated until now.

I've come to terms with the fact that it is an addiction. It's one with manageable risk compared to substance abuse or even problem gambling. That is but one of my many rationalizations.

I've got a lot to lose if found out and have had a couple of close calls in the last few months which I looked at as warning signs that I should quit. But I haven't... I always play safe and I can actually rationalize going once every two months but the amount of time in my average day where I check this board or who's on shift would put "Hobbying" in my most used apps. Ever street I drive down I always notice the "Spa"/"Massage"/"Open" signs where I'm sure most people look right part them.

You won't quit unless you treat it like an addiction and recognize the pull, the itch you get when you have an alibi and an opportunity.

Dont beat yourself up about what you've done and try to frame the memories positively. You had amazing experiences with beautiful women. And now you've decided that for whatever reason, it's time to stop. Use an app if you need to to block every MPA website including (ESPECIALLY) THIS board.

I've got a time limit based on other things in my life that make it important for me to quit next month. Trying to practice restraint (tonight was hard) will treat myself on my birthday this month and then maybe one more time because I've almost earned a free door fee at Flirt from their 'frequent flyer' program. Want my last few experiences to be incredible and then I'm quitting.
