Take the left side of the political class in Canada or the U.S. and you will see that they segment everyone in society based upon their membership to particular groups - race, sex, religion etc. There entire economy is based upon race and other classifications.

And no matter how hard you try, the white male will always be near the top. Because we are the most talented of all of us. If we were not so talented, we would never have gotten to the top. Everyone else would have surpassed us over the generations.
