It is amazing that you were a mod from Caerf and yet they would side and support this bully over you. Has Caerf gone mad? Didn't someone stood up to her but only to be demolished by many members? Were you one of them too? I thought he was quite straightforward as he didn't resort to trash talking. He reminds me of Ursus as both of them are quite straightforward.

Where can I find Ursus' thread about Caerf?

There's a lot more to it than just the cristy issue, but confidentiality prohibits me from discussing.

There were about a half dozen male caerf members that cristy harassed regularly, but I won't mention their names out of respect for them.

If you search Ursus' history here, you will find many posts about cristy - which I actually gave him shit for before, because I don't like to see anyone trashing other people online. One of the biggest challenges in dealing with cyberbullies, is not becoming one yourself.

VanWilder took me seriously when he deleted all the illegal content hosted on vancityads. Chase mentioned earlier that he now owns vancityads, where there are still malicious defamatory comments posted about me today.

Nik at erslist took me seriously when he closed the private SP forum due to corrupt moderation and cyberbullying by susi, sunshine and friends.

Perb/Terb/Merb Mods took me seriously when I reported your CopyCraigs handle to them and you were banned and could no longer advertise on their boards.

Fred took me seriously when I told him how you told me that you wanted to take over the entire Canadian escort review board industry, and would destroy anyone who got in your way - including Fred, who was the reason for the success of your CopyCraigs business.

Oceanus took me seriously when I told him everything you told me about how you wanted to destroy him and Caerf.

RCMP took me seriously when I reported you, sunshine and the other cyberbullies and let them know that I was suicidal. They came and checked up on me several times to make sure I was still alive.

When sunshine and her friends were using perb, vancityads and erslist public and private forums to bully, harass and defame me, I posted articles about Amanda Todd, who had just posted her YouTube video with the flashcards describing how she felt while being cyberbullied.

Sunshine/Katrina, Odonnell/Tara, susi, Anita, smilf, Angie, VanessaofBC and their friends mocked me and accused me of exploiting Amanda to draw attention to myself, much the same as Chase has done in this thread.

When I told the cyberbullies that I was at the point of considering suicide due to their treatment of me online, they mocked me again and encouraged me to go ahead and kill myself (that's illegal), something that Chase himself has also done on sp411, and allowed many of his members to post similar comments about me on sp411. It also happened on gss, which is now offline.

I’ve been posting updates on Amanda’s case on industry forums across Canada over the years, as well as articles about Rehtaeh Parsons and many other victims, in an attempt to educate our members about the reality of cyberbullying and possible legal consequences.

One of my legal options is a Class Action Defamation Lawsuit against people like Chase and B57.

I would allow the suit to be pursued in my name, allowing many others to join anonymously. This would work very well for all the SP’s, clients, reviewers, Agency owners and board members who don’t want to go public with their complaints about various cyberbullies.

I can use Go Fund Me to fundraise because I’m not a sex worker, so it’s not against their Terms for me to use them.

I imagine a few industry forums would be willing to let me promote my fundraising efforts by PM, or maybe even publicly, as many hundreds - including SP’s, clients, reviewers, board owners, Agency owners and board members, have also been victimized by these trolls in countless ways.

I’ll have to check, but I think that if I was to pursue a defamation lawsuit against in civil court, I’d have to pay my own legal costs, but if I win, I could also sue so they have to cover my costs.

If Law Enforcement and Crown Counsel believe they have a reasonable expectation of a conviction on criminal charges, they would be the ones pressing charges, and I would be their expert witness, so I would not have to cover court costs.

I’m not a legal expert though, so don’t quote me on that. I’m just an amateur.

One thing I've learned through all my communication with Law Enforcement and the Legal Community, is to never say anything but the truth, and never say anything you can't back up with evidence. I'm very careful about that.

I sent a C&D to you which included other members of sp411. I forwarded that email to batman57 along with some valuable legal advice for him to follow.

I sent another C&D to cristycurves.

That's a total of two.

All 3 of my Caerf handles were self deleted, and I resigned as Prophet, I was not fired. The malicious defamation continues.

You're probably sick of me using all these legal terms but I've been studying for years, so I'm well prepared to go to court and tell my story to the media.

It broke my heart to leave caerf under such harsh circumstances, and to have to send a C&D to them. They have been reasonable though, and done everything I demanded in my C&D to them. I think reconciliation is still possible with caerf and I would rejoin them again someday if we could come to a mutual understanding.

Caerf might love me long time if they decide to join the Class Action Defamation Lawsuit I mentioned above. I bet they could sue for at least $20,00 - 30,000 grand for damages incurred by the DDoS attack Chase initiated against them. I have abundant evidence to prove a very concise timeline of actions taken by Chase that he was dumb enough to brag about publicly.

You can't win this Chase. There is too much evidence for you to get off. Even if I was to go kill myself today (not planning on it), the police, Carol and others have more than enough evidence to keep going after you.

btw - can someone please tell TechAdmin at Caerf that it wasn't necessary to block my IP, as I have no evil intentions towards them.

I guess he forgot I was the one who taught everyone about using VPN's and it's an inconvenience to have to fire mine up every time I want to browse their website. I'd appreciate if he'd unblock my IP please.

I taught TechAdmin industry survival skills and I saved his ass many times. He has top notch techie skills but he still understands very little about how industry members operate.

I spent hundreds of hours working online with TechAdmin, helping him troubleshoot technical issues and develop new features for Caerf.

I never did anything to hurt him or undermine the work he's doing. I have no idea why he suddenly turned against me, except for one recent, serious misunderstanding on his part.

If he was to post an apology and a retraction for the very hurtful untrue lies he posted about me, I would have a lot more respect for him that what I have now.
