Because Bill C36 is so weak that LE ignores it because getting a conviction is very very difficult. The john in this case is admitting that he is in fact a john and is thus incriminating himself and making the crown's job ridiculously easy.

That's not my read of it.

The john is saying he loaned her money and she agreed (in writing) to pay him back.

She is saying the money was for sex so they're even.

All he has to say is No it wasn't and there's no confession at all. If he was paying for sex, why did she agree to pay the money back?

My understanding it would result in an indictable offense for the MP owner and a risk to the business licence. I believe a summary for the john although there is no admission to sex from what I read.

So, a sex-worker will ask you for money and she will think nothing of it.

I was asked twice - once for $2,000 to cover the medical expenses of a 'sick mother' of a sex worker. And the second time for $30,000 to cover investment loses.

Ironic thing is that most sex-workers have more money than most clients, yet they still ask for a 'loan'.

I know of one very kind sex-worker that did the opposite - she loaned her customer $30,000 to cover his business payroll shortfall.

They know we want sex and companionship and they will leverage that desire for their gain. Resist the urge. Save your money.

The prostitute is also at fault. Selling sex is legal. Buying sex is illegal. But when a prostitute sells sex and receives money it is a transaction, and that act of prostitution is illegal. The system is corrupt.

In reality, even our wives and girlfriends only think of us in terms of what they can 'win' from us. Women don't invest in relationships because men put them on a pedestal. Therefore, women never truly care about the men they are with. Women invest heavily in their children, so they love their children deeply.

If anyone thinks their wives or girlfriends truly love them, I wish you good luck with that. Men make sacrifices and invest heavilyin relationships, so they truly love their women immensely.

The one that made me chuckle was the plaintiff's offer for the defendant to provide service to pay down the debt.

The sex worker who proclaimed she had a sick mother in hospital and wanted $2,000 from me was obviously scamming me. It took her 3 days to earn $2,000; so her asking me for it was nonsensical.
