It sucks that Amy is not very reliable when it comes to showing up for her shift.
Booked her twice for morning appointments and she didn’t show up on both occasions. Another time I had an appointment and some other customer ended up getting her. And not much of an apology from Jenny either, Instead tried to force other girls to try out. Not gonna return anytime soon.

Amy is actually one of our most reliable workers, she has been with Suko for almost a year. Sometimes there might be some confusion, some customers are late and we have to give the appointment away. Girls Sometimes are already booked so we need to suggest our girls. Once again we try our best to accommodate our customers.

Not always customer’s fault it MPA or spa screws up.
Like i had said, I wasn’t told that she’s running 15-30 minutes late, she was a no-show and person booking night before had no clue.
Like today she’s not on schedule, but she has usually worked on Sundays in the past. Booking today at 10.15 am won’t help anyone. Anyhow, it’s just a bad experience for the customer and given the number of options in the area, I won’t be booking here for a while.
