This is a deal which is sent out by sites such as BuyTopia.
Reg price is $240 ($120 per hour for in Home Massage)
So you have to pay 15% of reg price as a House service Charge and taxes and $10 if you want a RMT which can give you a receipt.

They even have couples massage, so you can have 2 therapists at same time massaging both.

I bought two coupons for my girlfriend and myself. Two women showed up at the appointed times. The massages were fantastic, ans we didn't have to leave our house afterwards. This was strictly therapeutic massage, but worth it!

News guy, could you please tell us how much you paid "extra fees"?? they send you who ever, they don't even know their employees, they hire them online and off they go to clients, hit and miss,
you can't talk to them, you just have to email them and wait and wait and wait,

I bought a LivingSocial deal and it was no deal. I tried booking an appointment 3 times and didn't get a response back. The day after the booking I received an e-mail from Marone saying that they couldn't find a masseuse to some to our house. The response came a little late being as I was waiting at home for them to show and no one arrived to do the massage. I then tried to rebook and same thing. Needless to say I got my money back (and this was a hassle as well). However, before I even got my refund, I saw that LivingSocial had yet another deal with Mobile Spa Elite. I don't understand why they would keep doing "deals" with this company as they are a joke. I would NEVER buy another deal for Mobile Spa Elite.

I had good massage experience with this therapist who came to my place. came on time and very professional.
I know I had hard time getting an appointment but once I did everything went all right. 2massages $39 I ended up had to pay $22plus but I think it was good deal for me at least
I can book with same therapist that I can rely on.
I was actually able to book right away to used off couple of my vouchers so that I just booked with this therapist.

Mobile spa elite and Living social

OMG!!! No stars is not an option here but should be.
I don't know how they can even be in business. I bought a groupon from living social before christmas last year and still can't get an appointment. I tried when I first got the coupon and they said they were full until the new year. It's May now. I wrote, called begged. they finally got back to me through email (they REFUSE to call back even though they give that option, and they NEVER answer the phone). I have a submitted request but after a week it's still not confirmed, however they have charged me $22 for a tip ($18 plus $4 tax!!!) are they crazy? I haven't even had the massage yet. Who tips 80%?!

Don't waste your time with this company, I am an ex therapist of theirs and they still owe me money and are basically ignoring my emails and not paying me from my last three invoices I have sent in!

I'm so sad to see the experiences clients have had with this company.
I can say from my experience on the other end, the company is out of control. I offered one massage therapy service for which the company has still not reimbursed me. They took sensitive information (banking) by email and have completely stopped contact since. No replies to emails or telephone calls. I provided the service in May and have not been reimbursed still (it is now end of August). Other therapists have informed me they are facing a similar situation, with the company owing them even more money. Do not give confidential information to this company!

I took two vouchers through Mad deal and on the deal page it is not mentioned the actual extra amount we have to pay. When I try to book the massage at home it was not available for 2months. Then I took my massage to therapist's house. even though I am driving to her home I have to pay $23 extra to my deal amount $19.5. Don't purchase any deal from them as it will cost more than the deal amount and their customer service is worst. I didn't have my second massage thinking that loosing that deal money is better than driving to the therapist's house and paying more. Don't be cheated by their deals.

I'm also a former therapist for MSE and the system they use for booking is completely useless, that's why it's so hard to get an appointment.

1) The customer names a date and time they want to book
2) MSE puts this out on their booking system for any therapist to pick up
3) Wait for a therapist to take the booking
4) Wait some more
5) Wait some more
6) If the customer is lucky, a therapist will say yes to the booking
7) MSE confirms the booking with the customer
8) The customer confirms the booking with MSE
9) MSE confirms the booking with the therapist
10) The therapist shows up and does the massage

Note that there is no way for the therapist to say NO to the booking, just YES or to ignore it forever. So if no therapist is available to take the booking, MSE will just be waiting and waiting for an answer that will never come... and so will the customer.
