Bachelor Party near Marriott Los Suenos

Never been to Costa Rica. My closest friend asked me to be the best man in his wedding. Among other things, I have to arrange his bachelor party. Wedding is at the Marriott in Los Suenos (all guests will be staying there including the bride and groom's parents). I understand that the Marriott does not allow "adult" entertainment. Probably not a good idea to have the party there with all the family/female guests around anyway.

I was asked to also provide the adult supervision (i.e. no drinking for me) for the guys attending the bachelor party (which I am happy to do and don't mind staying sober). I anticipate serious heavy drinking and would like to find a safe venue near the hotel for the event (and probably should hire a bus for the guys). Quite frankly, I don't care what any of the groom's friends do, I just don't want to Phuck up the wedding by allowing the groom to get injured/arrested/robbed.

Thinking a private room/club/pool might be your only answer. The Copacabana Hotel (http://www.copacabanahotel.com/) has a private pool/bar area they might rent out. Along those lines, might see if the Beetle Bar has anything that might accommodate you as they have quite a few VIP areas or maybe just rent out the entire bar and/or the Monkey Bar. No more strip clubs that I know of open in Jaco so ladies would be coming out of Cocal but you'd have to do the leg work to get 'em to the fiesta.

Very easy to do. Just rent a suite at any hotel in Jaco, go to Beatle Bar get a group deal on a half dozen chicks and Orgy Orgy Orgy at your suite. Done it many times.

They can point you in the right direction as far as the best recommendations on where to throw a bachelor party in Jaco and give you some good advice. They may even be able to have one of their concierge's guide your group safely through the best spots in town. Also make sure you ask them about any tours/excursions your group plans on taking like zip line canopy tour, ATV tour, White water rafting or fishing as the Marriott tour desk will charge you a lot more to go on the same tours at the same places. You don't have to worry about being a "designated driver" for the group as Taxi's are everywhere in Jaco 24/7 and easily accessible. Los Suenos is only a 10 minute ride from the center of Jaco Beach. Make sure you use only Red taxi's with the upside down yellow triangles on them as they are the legal, licensed and insured cabs. Just tell the driver Los Suenos or Marriott. With that said, drink party and be merry with the rest of the group. Copacabana is pretty slow and not much going on there anymore. Beatle and Cocal Casino and Tiki Bar is where the most action is found as well as Le Loft after 11:30pm. Have a great time in Costa Rica and enjoy your night on the town with good friends.
