Yeah this is the one that hit me up for a sperm donation the night before last. They definitely want their blue eyed babes. So much that she was willing to risk her job there.

Down there I really need to keep my guard up. I was thinking of taking the tabasco with me to ZB from now on since there isn't a toilet to send the swimmers swimming.

We can never be to paranoid when it comes to DNA piracy especially with all the lawyers in South and Central America.

I think he is suggesting that some chica mught take some of your leftover "love juice" from a used condom in order to somehow impregnate herself and then go after you legally for child-support or paternity AND that by adding a little tabasco to your condom (preferably after you're done with it of course) you could somehow eliminate that highly improbable possibility in leiu of the preferred and far simpler method of just flushing it down the toilet.

If this is what he meant, I think he IS being way too paranoid.
A) If a chica wants to get knocked up, wouldn't it be far easier just to find any one of the scores of mongers that are foolish enough to go bareback?
B) I never heard of that method to kill sperm or make it unusable and don't know if it would even work, but don't you think it would look a bit strange to whip out a bottle of hot sauce after you're done having sex and then pouring some of it into your spent condom?
C) If you really want to worry about chicas going to such lengths and doing such sneaky things, what is to stop them from simply poking a few pinholes in the condom before you even have sex and before you add any tabasco?

I could go on, but you get the general idea that this is pretty ridiculous and something you really should not worry about and figure there is not much you can do about even if you did. If you're the type to worry about things like this, you probably shouldn't be engaged in this hobby in the first place

Tom is the Daddy of all single guys and is always pointing out to single guys the importance of effectively disposing of used condoms since chicks are known to retrieve the condom and the sperm in order to collect 18 years of Ch*ld support. Tom Leykus frequently mentions the Tabasco thing as a way for guys to make sure their expelled sperm is no longer of baby making material. I've always wondered what a chicks reaction would be in that circumstance.

Unfortunately can not provide the source but have read any of number of times that using sperm from a used condom cab not impregnate someone. There have been a number of cases where that was tried and the defensive produce expert testimony that it could not happen.

You're right. I just looked up his other posts and in his very first post he made a reference to Leykus 101. This makes 3 out of his 12 posts on this topic. It seems like a weird preoccupation to me but to each their own. Maybe he's been burned before on Ch*ld support.

The article he cited estimated that 15% or 3M guys in the US were paying Ch*ld support on K*ds where they really AREN'T the fathers. ASSUMING those figures were even true, presumably most of those payments were being made to women with whom they at least had been in some sort of medium to long term relationship and thus had some reason to believe they were the fathers. It is hard to see what they would have to do with getting involved with Ch*ld support with someone with whom you had only slept with as little as only once and then only with some form of protection (ie having little reason to believe you're the father), but in which case you actually ARE the father.

As to the sort of scenario, he actually is referring to where a women impregnates herself in some underhanded manner for purposes of getting Ch*ld support or any other reason, the article offers no estimate as to how often that actually happens. To the extent it does happen, it seems far more likely that it is done by women to guys with whom they are already in some sort of relationship, perhaps to get them to "commit", then it would be to some stranger they had just met, do not know with any certainty what their real name is and who is likely to leave the country, usually never to return, before they would even have any evidence they had succeeded in getting knocked up.

In the former case, if you felt you had some reasonable grounds to fear your girlfriend would try something like that it might make sense to use the "Tabasco Method". It seems to me it would make far more sense to get out of that relationship pronto. As for the latter case of a chica looking to get some dinero out of a rich and gullible gringo, it may occasionally happen. It is FAR more likely and common that a chica will try to scam their gringo novios for dinero without the added inconvenience and complication of getting another bambino. First of all, what happens if the gringo somehow slips away? Then they're stuck with the expense of supporting that Ch*ld without the gringo's help. Wouldn't it be far easier to make up a story to get money, such as telling them they're pregnant when they really aren't, and getting the money without actually having the expense it was intended for? The bottom line is the same if you feel you really have to worry about things like a girl going to such deceptive lengths, you shouldn't be involved with her in anyway to begin and all the tabasco in the world won't change that simple fact.

I tried looking that up and could not confirm it. It seems at the very least if you use a condom with spermicide in it that it would greatly reduce the viability of sperm, however sperm can certainly survive for a short while outside the body and can be artificially reintroduced to the woman's body for purposes of impregnation (albeit with far lower probability of success). That is the whole basis behind sperm banks and artificial insemination.

There was a recent court case that fed into this urban legend. A woman doctor sued a male doctor for paternity a couple of years after they had had a short affair. The guy claimed in all the time they were having the affair he had only gotten a handful of CBJ's and that she must have taken his sperm to purposely get pregnate and counter-sued HER for emotional distress. She claimed she got pregnant the old-fashioned way, which seems more probable to me. Anyway, the court ruled in her favor, not because his version was impossible (although I'm sure she made that legal/medical argument), but because he had essentially "given" her the semen without any explicit restrictions on what she would do with it AND probably more significantly because he had not proven his version of events.

I think there are a lot of ways the system is weighted against the male, particularly when it comes to such things as divorce and Ch*ld custody. But to focus on the 15% of the cases where a guy is inappropriately being asked to pay Ch*ld support, whether intentionally or through honest mistake, and ignore the undoubtedly far more common problem of guys skipping out on the responsibilities seems a bit misogynistic to me. The problem is even more extreme in CR. Out of 2700 guys on this board, I've heard of only 1 case of a guy knocking up a chica and as far as we know that could well have been either unintentional or even completely fictitious. If I recall correctly, it turned out to be a false alarm. OTOH, out of the 100 or so girls in the DR at any time, how many of them have had K*ds by some tico for which they're not getting any support. That's why they've toughened the paternity laws in that country and not to target some widespread problem of gringos getting chicas pregnate whether through intention or deception.

Sorry about this thread in somehow ended up detached from another thread.

As far as Tom Leykis goes. I don't believe eveything I hear on the show. But I do believe there are women out there who will use the sperm with out your permission. And I will error on the side of caution.

I have been through a situation in another South American country where the chica did claim that I was the father. Luckily I had the exit stamp on my passport that showed I was not in the country to have conceived a Ch*ld at that age.

I guess it is hard to understand where I am coming unless I explain the circumstance of how I got here.

And no I don't have any unwanted Ch*ldren and I plan to keep it that way. Just close calls.

Just be aware that they are out there.

I guess there is a lot of thing you could do to insure this doesn't happen. Most guys don't really care and take the risk.

Whatever motives they have whether it be to go after a rich guy for Ch*ld support or just to have a light skinned baby they will do it. In my travels around the world I have seem a lot of mixed ch*ldren roaming the streets for food and money. And I don't plan on bringing a ch*ld into this world in those circumstances. That's why I am extra cautious about that.

Don't get me wrong if this ever did happen to me I would take responsiblity for my actions but it would be the end of my current professional career. I would rather have the ch*ld on my terms not theirs. Call me paranoid but I am still pretty young and not ready for that in my life. Hence my reaction.

I laugh about it now but was pretty serious about it at the time.

If...
1.) the semen contained in the condom is introduced through her cervix within approx. six hours and...
2.) If the semen has been kept at a constant 94-100 degrees F. and....

3.) If she is currently fertile (i.e. within 3 days either side of ovulation and...

4.) If she knows your real name, address etc. THEN...

You might actually have something about which to worry.
