Her confidence - and sense of service levels at this spa - will undoubtedly grow with experience and encouragement (as in the trajectory of former Crystal there, who ate up praise and quickly grew over a few months).

PS - People with movie-star looks like Lucy likely come to this job with pre-existing high confidence. I would put Cherry in that same category.
