Below is what it includes: Option 1: 45 minute massage Back massage 25 mins Back of legs massage 10 mins Foot massage 10 minutes Option 2: Back massage 25 mins Foot massage (laying flat on back) 10 mins Scalp massage 10 mins Product: organic coconut oil or oil of choice I perform effleurage and various massage therapy movements according to client’s pressure requests.
