There is a 30% non-refundable deposit to be made on all services. Your appointment bookings will be confirmed and held once the deposit is in place. The non-refundable deposit is used towards your appointment. (Cancellation or changes of Appointment) : Please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes of appointment. (No Exception). If an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance or a no-show, the deposit fee will NOT be refunded. We do understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a high level of service for you and as well as others. APPOINTMENT REMINDERS You will be sent a reminder 2 days before your appointment via email. The reminder will give you a cancellation option. Appointments that are canceled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, and a loss of revenue to the salon. We, therefore, ask that you give us 48 hours notice for any appointment change or cancellation. Equally, if we have to cancel your appointment we will also supply 48 hours’ notice. If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately, and we will consult with you to find the appropriate solution.
