My name is Renee Teresa, and I am offering intuitive massage, energy healing and somatic body awareness practices.
With a soft studio located in the quiet space in Airdrie, grant yourself permission to find that stillness within. My healing and safe space allows you to practice releasing any held emotions and physical disease. Going into deep embodiment meditations through breath, touch, and sound, allow me to guide you back home to your body.

Grounding and presence are the effects of my style of session. Rather than analyzing in the mind I will guide you to your natural rhythm of health and alignment. Specialized in heart healing and relaxation to clear sadness or closed feelings which might be leading you to feel unloved or unappreciated. By the end of our time together, you will feel safe, whole, worthy, sense of self and spacious.

Hours of operation are flexible other than no early morning appointments/late evening appointments. Thank you for honoring my early morning and late evening commitments. ☺
Pricing: $100 - 1hr $140 - 1.5hr $180 - 2hrs (Anything time over 2 hours can be talked about in person.) *I do no offer receipts for insurance claims.
My home is a clean and private setting. Free of pets, children, noise, and chemical pollution. Your health and safety matters to me. I respect all bodies in the physical form and do not discriminate against any beliefs, gender, religious orientation, medical status, race, etc. I cover your body with soft and clean sheets. I will not expose your skin unless given permission verbally by the individual.
