There used to be lots of Americans spilling over the border. It only took 10 minutes to cross. You didn't need an expensive passport. Just a birth certificate. Nobody wants to pay an extra hundred dollars.

Extinct describes Windsor's downtown in a nutshell. But I was going to a ballgame at Comerica (wanted to see Ohtani play) and staying in Downtown Windsor was a heck of a lot more affordable than staying in Downtown Detroit.

Much safer than Detroit too.

You probably went to a lot more massage parlours in Windsor than I did. I didn't have much money to spend in those days. Do you remember "Mon Cheri" at all? Right next door to the old police station. I couldn't believe it. An old house on Goyeau St.

Even back then I'd go to MPs when I was in Toronto (which was pretty frequently. Roommate and I alternated driving weekends back to the city. ) - IT and Asian Palace mostly.

In Windsor the casino was more my jam. I lived within walking distance so easier to get to. And IIRC I was very close to Mon Cheri, but never did go.

I was interested in visiting Studio 333. It was at 333 Ouellette. Ever tried that one?

I went to Mon Cheri. The girl told me a customer told her she looked like Mimi Rogers. I was impressed when her nipples grew twice the original size when I played with them. I went back a few weeks later, and she was. Great memories though.

Oh I thought you were talking about Windsor Spas only. My mistake. Studio 333 was at 333 Ouellette. Yes, funny thing, you couldn't just walk in. You had to ring a bell, and a girl would come down the stairs to get you.

Man, I remember Whiskey A Go-Go was the PLACE TO BE in the late 90s/early 2000s! I remember when headliners like Jenna Jameson (in her prime and still have the poloraid shot with her LOL) from the US and all over would come to Whiskey! It was packed and loud AF! Celebrated my and other buddies birthdays there and I could remember it was a riot. This is before I discovered MPs of course but man those were great times!

Nowadays, all the SCs are the same, meaning reasonable rates do not apply there, girls are nagging for lap dances, and you may very well end up paying way more, if you don't keep count of songs during private dances (yes, they can scam you that way). My advice - don't bother.
