It used to be my go to place while it was under Rachel who also owns Kawaii. They have a few nice young girls in 2013-2014. I used to see Jenny the thigh specialist, Korean Cherry and young student Ivy plus a petite service queen whose name I couldn't recall. It went down hills after they changed owner and I never look back.

It was rank as a top Asian spa in those days in my Asian spas rating thread....

I went around a few more Asian spas in the past 3 months and here is the revised version of Asian spas rating. The top three Super Relaxing, Oriental spa and Only One spas has maintained their positions, some got bumped down and some got bumped up a bit after revisiting them in the past few weeks. Withme spa has climbed the ladder to top spot with extensive renovations done by the new super cute owner. Alice spa and Angel spa are now using disposible sheets instead of small filthy cloth sheets they were using before. Four note worthy additional spas are WithMe , Remedy, Solar and LuLu Villa spas.

Please bear in mind, we are talking about the Asian spas I have been to only and all about the facility. Not about the girls nor the services. My ratings are as follows...

(1) Super Relaxing spa....conveniently located near 401 at Kennedy, very clean with one ensuite shower. Even the common shower room has marble looks wall to wall tiles with fancy shower curtains which makes you feel like you are in a high end spa. Big mirrors on wall is a plus to watch your own performance. Give them a 4 1/2 stars. :clap2::clap2:

(2) Only One Spa....Easy acess from DVP at Lawrence, nice clean rooms with ensuite showers. 4 stars. :clap2::clap2:

(3) Oriental spa.............. Lawrence at Pharmacy. Very well maintained, very very clean, shiny floors and spotless shower room. Owner takes pride in cleanliness. 4 stars. :clap2::clap2:

(4) WithMe spa............Sheppard at Midland. The new owner has extensively renovated the spa with shining hardwood floors, nice decor and modern wash room facilities with shower in the hallway. The bigger room has two club chairs and a coffee table in the middle with body lotions and all which was quite nice plus the big mirrors besides the massage tables are a nice touch. 4 stars. :clap2::clap2:

(5) Refresh spa................Easy acess with subway and buses, close to 401, All rooms with ensuite showers even tho rooms are a bit small. The lighting is too dim to inspect the cleanliness of showers. Back entrance and table shower is a plus. 3 stars.

(6) Asia Studios............. Warden and sheppard . easy acess from 401. Discrete entrance, nice clean place . 3 stars

(7) Tulip spa................. Kennedy and Finch in a little plaza with back parking and entrance. Nice and clean. 3 stars.

(8) Kawaii spa............... Yonge and Welsely, nice and clean with big mirrors on wall. Rooms are too small. Common shower room is so so. 3 stars

(9) Melody Wellness...... DVP at lawrence, decent place, but nothing special and hanged dry towels. Smelly MPA lounge room. 2 1/2 stars

(10) Green Leaf spa......... McNicol and Middlefield, nice enough room with ensuite shower, nothing special, Table shower is a plus. 2 1/2 stars

(11) aLegend spa............Sheppard at Brimley, nothing speacial , just acceptable. 2 1/2 stars

(12) LuLu Villa spa......... Warden at Huntingwood, Busy plaza and entrance door was a minus, the only good thing in this spa was the ensuite shower even tho` rooms are small and a bit messy with cloth sheets. 2 1/2 stars.

(13) First Spring spa, ......Sheppard at Midland. just another so so spa , clean enough rooms, but shower room needs to be looked after. The partition walls are so thin you can hear all the moans from another room. lol or hallway.lol.. 2 1/2 stars

(14) Diamonds................ Kennedy and Finch, clean decent rooms, lots of fluffy towels, but not very fond of the way the showers are set up. 2 1/2 stars

(15) Happy Happy...............Pharmacy at McNicol, the entrance door is a big minus. The rooms are ok, but showers need attention and sanitization. The floor mats in the shower room were filthy since last 2 -3 months ago and still there . 2 1/2 stars

(16) Pacific spa.................Kennedy at Steele. entrance door problem again. The smell in the hallways and rooms are pretty bad sometimes. They have fixed up the shower a bit so 2 stars becomes 2 1/2 stars.

(17) Alice spa..................Steele at Brimley, busy plaza, entrance door issue. Nice clean roomy place with nice common shower room, 2 1/2 stars

(18) Remedy spa....Yonge at Steeles in an old building in a plaza. The rooms are so so and the wash room with shower was so out dated. 2 stars.

(19) Angel spa............. Victoria Park at Finch, one of the busiest with avg 20 plus customers a day and ladies have no time to clean themselves in btwn clients. The worst place in hygiene wise. Stains and curly hairs on table, stain marks on table edges. At least they are using disposible sheets now which is a bit of improve ment. 1 1/2 star

(20) Solar spa..... Sheppard at Bayview. nice and decent well kept place, but no shower room which is a big no no in this business...1 star.

I haven't been to all of the spas you mentioned but I have to question some of your observations.

1) Alice spa has been using disposable bed sheets for at least several years. I stop going there as the owner kept on posting fake information about the girls. ie. ethnicity of the girl
2) Angel spa has moved closer to Steeles and Victoria Park area ( the same plaza where Flirt spa is located). The old plaza has been demolished before the COVID19. I have no idea how you managed to see them near Finch and Victoria Park. Angel spa is owned by Mary. Mary is one of the owners who have burned so many bridges only rejects and pork chops work for her. You are telling me she gets 20 customers on average per day. I think I am working in the wrong field.

3) Happy happy spa has went out of business before the covid shut down. So how did you manage to visit it within this year.

4) The main room at With me spa is quite spacious. other rooms are so small, you can barely find a place to put your away your clothes.

5) Tulip spa, have you been to their washroom? there are molds forming around the window frames. You call that nice and clean. Your standard must be pretty low. If you enter from the front entrance, the dry wall has hair line cracks and I remember seeing the brick walls behind the dry wall.

6) pacific spa. The hallway of shame as some people like to call it.

Terb massage section was loaded with information in those days. Now it is boring as hell with not much to read and little info. Thanks to the short sighted mods.
