Looking for some feed back.
SRM has a long list of attendants and IMO from the website, a lot of VERY HOT mpas to choose from. Yet there isn't a lot of reviews or comments. With such a roster I would think they are doing something right. Any feedback would be appreciated.

SRM is the worst. Even for non-mileage hunters standards, they really set the bar low. A lot of them just ride the wave off their looks thinking they don't need to put any effort into the work. Most don't give a shit. Lots of upselling.

Out of the "big spas" it probably ranks second last next to HFH.

I used to frequent SRM a lot back in the day. After I discovered Toronto MPA's I found SRM performance to be sub-par in comparison. Since I have been going to Toronto MPA's I have revisited SRM twice and have been disappointed. I get massages maybe once every couple months. I do believe there are some Gems not nessecarily FS. Maybe it should be a thread. West End GEMS.

Few years back when Dr. Joy, also known as micron on TERB, ran the spa things were good. Any issues, a call to Joy or a post on the boards and it was attended to. Seems like since her sister Anita came back to run the business it isn't the same. An old favorite of mine worked there under both bosses and Joy was certainly the favorite to work for. The management just does not have the same approach now. Many complaints or issues brought forward on TERB are not attended to as they once were. The MPA's don't seem to try as hard as they once did either. I have found it to be hit or miss there over the last couple of years. I had spent a lot of $ there at one time but haven't been there in probably a year and a half of more.

In the beginning, Anita would work the rooms and Joy did reception. Anita/micron is listed as the sole owner for srm.

In my opìnion, the spa from top down doesn't care about the customer and indeed laugh at them behind their backs.

Srm is on track to becoming the first spa where the girls will be deemed to be employee and will be subject to witholding of taxes.

Srm does not follow the by-laws and it will be interesting to see the outcome of the impending court action as Anita will be compelled to attend court
